I googled chiropractic care in the area and found Archetype had good reviews. Booked an appointment for the next day figuring I had nothing to lose by getting treatment, I was just hoping to be able to ride in a cart and cheer on my buddies and didn't really expect to play anymore golf on the trip. I found Archetype to be a very professional health care establishment. Dr. John (Palmer) and his staff spent approximately 90+ minutes using various techniques on my back. I was still sore that evening, but seemed to be a little more comfortable. The next morning I woke up feeling really good. I was able to play 36 holes that day, carefully of course, but without pain. The following day I comfortably played another round. Dr. John's work was nothing short of miraculous, I'm so fortunate to have found Archetype, saved my golf trip for sure!

I'm giving it 5 stars because Dr. Ruth is honestly a very kind, lovely and caring person, plus she…read moremanaged to see me right away. She is well known and trusted and I was referred to her by a family friend. However, I wasn't a fan of cupping. She did nothing wrong, it just wasn't for me. It left me sore & back was already hurting really bad. So make sure you know what you're getting into before agreeing to cupping. I'll definitely come back and see her for acupuncture. Some things to be aware of, she is extremely kind, but her facility is kind of bright and loud with many friends talking. You will be her number one priority once she gets to you, but if noise, waiting, and bright lights make you uncomfortable be prepared. She is an expert but it would help to know what the experience is like before going. 1. You sign in (call for an appointment) 2. She asks what is wrong 3. She assess your major organs through your ear canal using a tool that makes noise 4. She confirms areas of discomfort 5. If you get the combo, the massage comes first, you have to take of your top off so be prepared, then the cupping then the acupuncture. 6. You lay on a table and the whole process takes about an hour. 7. You have to come back multiple times to fix any pain issues, not a quick fix. 8. It costs $80 for the combo $60 something just for acupuncture. 9. It doesn't hurt but it does if move around and tense your muscles.

I wasn't sure what treatment she would recommend for the numbness in my hand and foot but she did a treatment of acupuncture and cupping. The treatment was 1.5 hours and it cost 75.00. I would recommend this over deep tissue massage if you are in pain. Some of the cups were a little painful but I found myself very relaxed after a while and I caught myself falling asleep on the table. My wife who has RA has also been to see her and she also believes that this therapy works well.

The hospital didn't have one clue what was wrong and why a 19yr old athletic child was in full cardiac arrest. He stayed in ICVU for 3 weeks still no diagnosis. They sent him home with meds, heart monitor and tons of doctor appointments. I watched my child lose 45lbs in a month! I was horrified of thinking I could lose my child so I HAD to find an alternative. I was introduced to Stefanie at the Ryan Clinic. She created my son a strategic plan to get him better. Fast forward to Sept 2023 he was released from under the cardiologist care after hours of testing. His heart muscles had regained there strength, he picked all his weight back up and is back in the gym training... I watch my son in ONE WEEK after following Stefanie plan start to improve.. I owe this woman my LIFE because my son would either have had a pacemaker or not with us today.. Needless to say she gained five more patients. Me, my husband and entire family I LOVE the Ryan Clinic! There are alternatives to your health!! People need to know this..

I have already written a glowing review of the Andrews Sports Medicine location at St Vincents…read morehospital. It talks about the extremely efficient and friendly operation that they have mastered. That could not be done without fantastic doctors like Dr McKeon. After whizzing through the check-in process, being called back, and vetted by Dr. McKeon's assistant, she came in almost immediately after with a quick exam and even quicker diagnosis. What I thought was surely to be carpal tunnel syndrome, turned out to be its elbow dwelling cousin cubital tunnel syndrome. Fortunately she is a doctor that would much rather prevent surgery and figure out a solution. She gave me some instructions on what to do and what not to do. I was told to come back to see her a month later. On my second visit, I experienced the same expedited process and had been experiencing much less tingling. She said that was a step in the right direction. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She even took the time to talk about twin parenthood (something we had in common). I highly recommend Dr. McKeon for any hand or wrist issues you may have.

I had a head on collision in September 2021. My right knee was injured. I saw an orthopedic doctor…read moreand after x-rays and an MRI he said surgery was needed to repair my knee. The surgery made it worse. My knee swelled up to twice the size of my left knee and left me in more pain than I had before the operation. After several months I went back to the ortho doctor and he gave me three options: live with the pain, get a cortisone shot every couple months or have a knee replacement. I didn't like any of the three. I was researching knee replacement and ran across a website for stem cell therapy. I made an appointment and long story short, took the treatments and it helped for a while then the pain was back. I decided to get a knee replacement. My wife had a bad car wreck in 1998. She has had several surgeries on her back and neck. The result has been chronic pain and neuropathy for years. It was so bad she couldn't hardly walk. Every year she felt like she was dying a little more. She started losing feeling in her feet and limbs, stayed swelled up all the time. She has been on pain meds for 15 years and they have slowly increased because the pain level has increased with age. She got a tip from a friend to try Dr. Kwan, after the first treatment feeling started coming back in her feet. She has gone once a week for several weeks and it's amazing the changes I have seen in her, she can walk without being in pain. So back to my knee replacement. Mary told me please try Dr, Kwan first. I reluctantly agreed. One of the best things I have ever done. I have had three treatments, the swelling is gone and the pain is greatly reduced. Dr. Kwan and his wife are amazing and wonderful people. So full of compassion and wanting to help people in pain. Thank you for what you do.
