I was a little confused upon entering. Was greeted when I walked in and escorted to one of the "rooms". Walls don't meet the ceiling so it's a little difficult to stay in-the-zone with distractions from customers coming in, phone, TV & neighboring massage-getters. Massage therapist led me to the room and closed the door behind me. We didn't have a discussion about service options so I wasn't sure if I needed to go ahead and disrobe or if she was to return, discuss, then disrobe. I sat there for a minute and decided to go ahead and shed the threads and crawl under the tiny, quarter sheet face down on the table. I presume I did the right thing because she came back in and got to work. I now realize that there's only one massage option, the full-body table acupressure, so there really wasn't any need for discussion unless you had a request but I wouldn't make it complicated. Little English. Pleasant massage with a few distractions mentioned above but she did a great job. Worked on my ferocious knots in my neck & shoulders and overall I'd give her an A-. 4 stars for the convenience factor alone & it was what I was looking for in regards to a no-frills, in-and-out massage. Not the full 5 stars only because I'm used to more of a tranquil spa setting but will be back to test out the foot massage. A 30 to 60 minute, pop-in foot massage after 9 hours in heels? Sign me up.

The lady kept me covered for the most part, didn't do a very good job when I was flipping. Then when she was massaging the front of my body her fingers went under the towel and brushed me where it shouldn't have. Not to mention that during the massage she had her phone out the entire time watching the cameras so she could leave and go help them when they came in which she did. Which is not only so unprofessional it also cut into my time. Also, at the end she was very very adamant that I leave a $20 tip which she already had put into the card reader and said "this okay" I felt so uncomfortable not being able to sign a receipt with the tip amount separated from the amount for service. Overall will not be returning.
