I can't believed that I haven't been into this wonderful store until last year. What an AWESOME place to find treasures and affordable prices. Staff were kind, knowledgeable and helpful. The space is organized and filled will all kinds of goodies from large appliances, furniture to dishes, silverware, craft items and so much more. I love that this store gives life to items that still are good and working order. It has now been my first stop for home needs. We bought a small space heater and a few kitchen items. Come check out this cool store before you hit up the Big Box stores!

    Heavy bar cabinet for donation.

We initially sent an email to ReStore in Santa Rosa, including photos of our large, heavy bar cabinet, which we wanted to donate rather than junk. We received a call in 24-hours saying that ReStore wanted the cabinet and we arranged a pick-up for the following week. The movers called us on the day before to confirm our appointment and on the day itself, to give us a more specific ETA for their arrival. This was a very positive experience. ReStore's website clearly explains which items of furniture they are interested in taking and they managed our expectations for what to expect. ReStore was the only place accepting charitable donations of larger furniture which would pick-up for free. Although as explained on their website, note they won't come into your home to pick up furniture; you have to take it outside yourself. We were glad our old bar cabinet was going to be re-used and were happy with how ReStore conducted themselves throughout this one-week process.

This is so beautiful! You have to see it in person antique hutch $250

What an awesome little store for second hand furniture, paint, knobs, bathroom supplies. This place is a very nice find if you are looking to do some DIY flips, refurbish or just fill your new home. Incredible items here for sure

Too expensive. It makes me mad after you buy something used and non-returnable you find it brand new for less. A lot of phantom deals.

I experienced some disappointing customer service at Nordstrom Rack while I was shopping this week…read more I shopped for a while and found some winners. I went to wait in line to purchase the items and was hoping to find a different size in a pair of shoes I liked. The person ringing me up, Hugo, looked up the shoes and said they had my size available. He called for someone to go find them and said to wait at the register. He had already rang me up for the sweaters but hadn't charged me yet. I waited for about 5 minutes and then offered to pay for the sweaters so he could continue helping other customers (it was very busy and the line was long). I paid for my items and waited off to the side. I waited another 5 minutes or so and Hugo came over to let me know they couldn't find the size I was looking for even though it showed it was available in their system. I was bummed, but I understood and appreciated them taking the time to look. I told him I'd still be interested in purchasing the size I originally found. He told me I would need to wait in line again to make my purchase. I was very caught off guard. At that point I wasn't going to wait in the long line I had already waited in and waited off to the side thinking I was doing Hugo and the other customers a favor. Super disappointing and time wasted.

Back with an update for the Cleveland Ave location. They've recently reorganized the store, and…read moreit's a significant improvement. The Update: The new layout isn't just about moving aisles; it's about a much smarter distribution of the food categories. Everything feels more intuitive now--the way the different sections are grouped makes it much faster to get through a grocery list. It feels less cluttered and more like a high-end market flow. The "Must-Haves": As always, the selection is fantastic. My staples remain: * Frozen Wild Shrimp: Unbeatable quality. * Cheese Selection: Best variety in Santa Rosa for the price. * Snacks & Dog Treats: Always have to stock up for the house and for Lisi. The Catch: The parking and egress remain the primary "headache." It's still a tight squeeze getting in, and getting back out onto Cleveland Ave continues to be a challenge. You definitely need a bit of "uncompromising discipline" and patience to navigate the lot! Bottom Line: The interior reorganization is a total win. If you can handle the parking, the new food distribution makes the actual shopping experience better than ever.
