I was definitely starting to feel the difference! I found this place and decided to give them a try, and I'm SO glad I did! I got my B12 and CoQ10 injections, and the entire experience was great from start to finish. The place was extremely clean, the staff was welcoming and professional, and I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in. This was literally my FIRST visit, and I ended up signing up for the monthly membership before I left! That should tell you everything you need to know. Being away from home for work, it feels good knowing I found somewhere local that I feel comfortable going to and can keep up with my normal wellness routine while I'm here. Definitely a 10/10 experience for me. I would absolutely recommend them, and they will definitely be seeing me again while I'm here!

The instructors are wonderful across the board, and many remember your name even after just a few visits. Christian's classes in particular feel like a lovely, hypnotic yoga trance. They also offer hot mat Pilates, which is a great option when you want a break from yoga, and their Sweat + Sculpt classes are a real workout -- I don't even need to go to a regular gym on those days. I walk out looking like I showered in my yoga clothes, which is exactly what I'm going for. At the end of class, instructors bring around a cold washcloth scented with lavender or other essential oils -- it feels like heaven. If you want to come with a friend, there are two-people saunas available as well. There are different yoga and pilate classes available. However, space is limited. My guess is that the room can only hold 10 people, which is nice if you prefer being in a small group. The facility is clean, and the staff is nice. I have done a sauna session and taken a yoga class. The sauna session was relaxing, and the yoga class was a good workout. My body felt great after each experience.

My orthopedic surgeon at KCOI…read moregave me specific activity restrictions, but instead of respecting those restrictions or contacting my doctor for clarification, the therapist argued with me about them. As a patient, I don't think I should be put in the middle of a disagreement between my physician and my therapist. Another concern was the lack of consistency in my care. I was treated by different therapists, and each seemed to have different opinions, different treatment plans, and different exercise recommendations. It was confusing and made it difficult to feel confident that everyone was working toward the same goals. I wasn't told when I scheduled I wouldn't just be with one therapist. In my past with different clinics I had always been seen by the same physical therapist throughout. The gold standard of care. I expected better communication, coordination, and respect for my care and physician's instructions. Patients benefit most when their healthcare providers work together rather than giving conflicting advice. I spoke with the owner and it seems they may be short on therapists and overbooked.

The care and treatment I received from the Physical therapist as well as the office manager was above exceptional. I received excellent care and treatment for the rehabilitation ofy shoulder after a slap tear fix and then car of my knee after having a repair done. The exercises taught in office and then done at home were successful in getting both shoulder and knee back to full use with in the 6 to 8 week treatment time . I feel that both are stronger then they were even pre surgery. .I was taught exercises to help stretch and strengthen the areas and feel they are easy to do at home which has allowed me to return to playing pickleball which was the goal.

I have been trying to schedule an appointment with them after my surgery for over 3 weeks. I asked by doctor to use this group instead of their group as I liked Kyle. However, this place has gone to the dogs. they don't call you back. When I finally talked to Lisa, she promised to call me back. nothing. Terrible service. Look, if they are booked and don't want my business that is fine, but have the common friggin courtesy to call me back and tell me. I have been sitting here, wanting to get started on PT and they have no respect for anyone. I have since found another qualified PT group who actually called me back in like 5 minutes. KU Sports Medicine has gone the way of its basketball program, right down the tubes.

Both injuries had become chronic and nothing had helped significantly until I was finally steered in the right direction. I have been really diligent with my exercises for both injuries and have improved by leaps and bounds! I imagine all of their therapists are good but I worked with Megan and I highly recommend her! The only reason why I am not leaving a 5 star review is that their services are VERY expensive. If you've got good insurance then that shouldn't be a problem but I mine has a very high deductible so I did have to pay a significant amount of money out of pocket for the physical therapy. It was worth every penny but still very expensive.
