As my massage was in progress I started to question if the aromatherapy was being used, but since it was one I hadn't had before I just thought to myself, if it's not being used they just won't charge me. Half way through someone slid the masseuse a note that I had added the aromatherapy. It was used for the rest of the massage. When I was checking out the gal asked if I had aromatherapy and I hesitantly said yes and said for only half the massage, no one gave her the bottle. The gal kinda laughed and said oh that's ok. While I don't mind still paying for it, the brushing it off like it didn't pay for a full experience didn't sit well from me. Also, my room was close to the front and it's just not enjoyable when you can hear people on the phone and I'm not sure if some of the girls had friends visiting but there was a lot of chatter that continued. I knew they weren't additional guests because they were all eating Taco Bell together. It just gives a bad name to a "relaxing" place when you can hear people talking your entire relaxation time. Unfortunately I don't intend to visit this location again just because the lack of ensuring I had a good experience between what I paid for and the constant chatter.

I had Lisa as my masseuse and let me tell you, she is INCREDIBLE! I knew I was in good hands as soon as the quick consultation began. She listened to everything I said and proved it through the massage. I've been to some pretty fancy massage shops and have always left wanting more. I can confidently say that after this massage, all I wanted was to come back for more! Thank you Lisa and staff! Truly a wonderful experience.

Worst customer service experience I've had in a place of business in a long time. I went in for my usual spray tan and to give my 30 day notice of cancellation as I've moved and this location is no longer convenient for me. Upon cancelling, they charge you a $16.50 cancellation fee. My question was "will I be able to use the spray tan through the 7th of October with this additional fee?" Is it like a proration? The answer was no. "It's a charge so that you aren't charged again October 1st. Unless you cancel exactly 30 days in advance, you'll be charged this additional amount." I've been frequenting tanning establishments for years. Generally, they all want a 30 day notice of cancellation, but prorate your charges. Different companies have different rules and all make you sign lengthy contracts. To each their own. This is not the reason for the review. Abby calls me, as I asked for someone to contact me because the employee "didn't understand it either" and I wanted clarification. Abby reiterated the fee and then proceeds to tell me that "I signed a contract, that there are signs all over and that "I must not be able to read!" WOW. She proceeds to tell me that I am an "entitled c-word" (I won't post that here, but you know), that I cussed out her rep and that I am banned. After the initial shock, I said a few choice words of my own. This isn't about the $16.50. It's about professionalism and integrity. I didn't deserve to be treated that way. I did not cuss her employee out. Customers have questions. This was a legitimate question. Instead of explaining or offering a solution of " to avoid this, we could set your cancelation day to 11/1, or anything similar, she resorted to name calling, banning and lying. I'm still upset by the way I was treated. She also refused to refund the charges and thinks that it is "funny" that I've paid for the full month, the extra fee AND unable to use the service. Proceed with caution here.
