I was paired with Dilyn Schooley who asked lots of questions to ensure that he understood my particular circumstance. On the very first visit my pain abated and my progress has been steady in a positive direction since. We began with nerve flossing techniques, McKenzie exercises and dry needling. We worked on core exercises and graduated to various versions of the same exercise and added new ones.
