The staff goes over & beyond helpfulness, making any kind of appointment as helpful as they can. I'm a reserve person with anyone that I meet. Hesitant & cautious I felt welcomed from the minute I stepped inside the office. The initial price was too high, but he was willing to work with me on a lesser amount just to get my foot in the door. The blood work had more valuable information than what your regular physician orders. That was a high plus for me, what I was offered for my price. Included how to eat better, a list of recipes, a list of detox shakes, a list of the ingredients & where to buy the products. The program included Red Light Therapy, Infrared Sauna, and a Zoom program where other patients with coaches would sit & explain or ask questions of how they felt. Asked questions on what holistic medicines could be used other than OTC drugs. What websites of people that had already tried & true foods that they had used. I attended a client's home that became in instructor where she showed us how to make real ketchup from beets-she was former client that had already gone through the course & had graduated. But she showed people in her home how to make food items. We as humans never realize the damage we do to our bodies by eating unhealthy foods that are pre-packaged from groceries stores. The front desk proceeded to do minimal work, not communicating any with the client, aka me, or others, other than telling them they could go ahead of me AFTER I filled out my paper, and it was after my appointment time. Prior to getting a TABLET not a paper sheet to fillout my forms, which eliminated further human interaction or any kind of "hello, how're you today?" The way they had it set up was to have least amount of interaction time with the consultant as possible, along with the people that came in behind me, thankfully for MY sake didnt take very long. Not even 3 minutes for one man. Which to me seems almost like a ripoff when its almost $100 for only 4 adjustments a month. And $29 for your first time. The doctor came out after everyone else behind me was done. And grabbed my clipboard with only 2 pages on it(doesn't make sense the tablet had 22) anyways. I stopped her, a blonde, white women. Who was about 5'8 who did NOT share her name, to ask about pricing, and scheduling and, since I had others go infront of me I used someone as an example and she got confused if the consultation was for me or not. And then she got defensive about me asking about simple things, the energy got heated from her. Which made me feel that in return. My face turned blush, and I went ahead and said that Im no longer looking for their services since this is how they treat their patients. I DONT recommend. Even the people who go here regularly get seen for less than 5 minutes. Not to mention one of the ladies that came in behind me, came out from her adjustment from the same doctor and asked for another/different doctor and where she could see them at.
