The front desk proceeded to do minimal work, not communicating any with the client, aka me, or others, other than telling them they could go ahead of me AFTER I filled out my paper, and it was after my appointment time. Prior to getting a TABLET not a paper sheet to fillout my forms, which eliminated further human interaction or any kind of "hello, how're you today?" The way they had it set up was to have least amount of interaction time with the consultant as possible, along with the people that came in behind me, thankfully for MY sake didnt take very long. Not even 3 minutes for one man. Which to me seems almost like a ripoff when its almost $100 for only 4 adjustments a month. And $29 for your first time. The doctor came out after everyone else behind me was done. And grabbed my clipboard with only 2 pages on it(doesn't make sense the tablet had 22) anyways. I stopped her, a blonde, white women. Who was about 5'8 who did NOT share her name, to ask about pricing, and scheduling and, since I had others go infront of me I used someone as an example and she got confused if the consultation was for me or not. And then she got defensive about me asking about simple things, the energy got heated from her. Which made me feel that in return. My face turned blush, and I went ahead and said that Im no longer looking for their services since this is how they treat their patients. I DONT recommend. Even the people who go here regularly get seen for less than 5 minutes. Not to mention one of the ladies that came in behind me, came out from her adjustment from the same doctor and asked for another/different doctor and where she could see them at.
