I laid with my headphones in and eyes closed and enjoyed the rest and peaceful atmosphere. Pricing: The $49 membership is well worth a daily Normatech session. Especially for someone recovering from injuries/joint reconstruction! A session after physical therapy appointments could be super helpful if you are going through a rehab program. I noticed a SERC not too far and could be great on your drive home. With membership you get 50% all other services. I will be trying cryotherapy as well!

They made me feel relaxed and comfortable. During the cryotherapy, David talked with me to help me feel at ease and make the time go by quickly as I increasingly got more cold. Then as I sat during compression therapy he came and offered me flavored electrolytes to drink. The whole experience was very relaxing and I am glad I tried it.
