And then weekly fees after that to see the doctor and the nutritionist PLUS the cost of their boxed meals. Which they call "meal replacements " To lose weight you must buy their food which is not even regulated by the food and drug department. it's 29.99 a box for 7 meals. An average person would easily spend $300.00 a month at least on these boxed meals that you add water to. There is nothing "medical " about this. It's high pressure sales and eating boxed meals. It's not healthy or nutritious. Studies show it won't work for the long term weight management either. I'm going to stay with my actual medical doctor suggestion and eat healthy foods and exercise and continue my weight loss journey the correct way. Fortunately, I found some at the store that are pea based and not soy based which for me is another no-no. Soy is not really healthy, particularly for women. Being a smoothie junkie, this was quite a claim and I had to see what all the fuss was about. I was surprised that this place wasn't listed on Yelp yet, but they seem to have opened fairly recently. They have a menu that lists all the drinks (including vegan and leaner options) along with ingredients, calorie counts and nutrition facts. I spoke with the employees who were VERY friendly and explained the menu to me and said that they only use real natural ingredients. I ordered the dark chocolate peanut butter cup, and while I'm not sure if it was the best smoothie I've had in this city, it was certainly delicious (and nutritious!) I was really torn between whether to give them four or five stars, so I'll need to make a few more visits to see if I can be truly blown away. I really love their focus on nutrition. The smoothies are more reasonably priced than many other places, and the menu is fairly extensive.
