They have power lifting platforms and just about everything you could possibly need. They also have classes throughout the week in different rooms, an indoor pool, and saunas in the locker rooms. I took 1 star away because they don't offer any kind of free trial. Wether that be a a day or a week like most fitness places. Also because the saunas really don't get too hot, unless I'm doing something wrong.. Overall a very nice location. Always clean, staff is friendly and never too busy.

I panicked and tried to bleach my own hair a few days after it was colored brown. I was left with hot roots, orange and yellow hair. Embarrassed, I began desperately calling around town looking for help. In comes Liz to the rescue! Liz was kind enough to allow me to send photos of my current hair to her, along with 'inspiration' photos for what I was looking for. She also reassured me that no matter what, it was going to be OK! In less than 24 hours, I was in her chair and on my way back to normalcy. In fact, my hair looks better now than it ever has! Liz is truly an expert and professional. At no time did I feel judged for needing a color correction. Liz is beyond amazing and really helped to restore my confidence. I had dark blonde, between a 7 & 8 color and I wanted to go to a level 10 or 11 blonde. I met with Sydney and she was able to asses my hair and take notes and determine what all I would need to obtain my results. She told me that blonde is the most difficult color and that it might take more than 1 session to get what I want. I scheduled an appointment with Katy, who is a master stylist. She was so incredibly nice and talented! I showed her the pictures of what I wanted and she said she was very confident she could do what I was wanting, but wanted to also be realistic that it might not be quite as light in just 1 session. After about 3.5 hours, it was perfect! She gave my a really nice shadow root that matches my natural color, and a nice light blonde every where else! I was really happy with the result. I do want to let people know, this salon is not cheap! For the highlights, shadow root, and cut, it was over $220. And then you need to tip on top. I was a little shocked at the high price tag, but I also understood that she was able to give me exactly what I wanted. I do highly recommend Katy, she really has a talent for being able to recreate looks. And she also has the integrity to tell you if it won't work.

She did an excellent job. The salon is nice, clean and has a rustic vibe. I had plenty of colors to choose from, my petty chair was rocking the massage feature. I'm going back to see Madeline in a month, you should give this place a try and ask for Madeline!!! One more thing they are a full service salon, offering facials, massages and more.

I have friends and my sister who all said they would join if they were open a little later. Other than the hours, it's an amazing gym! Being female only, I get amazing workouts in, stretching, take yoga, and find myself there for 2-3 hours when I have the time!
