What a great way to spend a Sunday at the marina! I want to say thanks to the nurse, the front desk staff for making my first experience special enough for me to get a membership. I usually avoid memberships at all costs however this one just made sense. I received excellent treatment, IV, b12 and Niagen. I had an excellent view by the window and enjoyed some sun rays. This just seems like a relaxing calming place to spend an hour or so. Thank you for welcoming me and bringing the A1 customer service! See you soon read more

My favorite place to feel good! Restore Hyper Wellness - Marina del Rey is one of my favorite wellness spots in LA. The space is clean, calm, and never feels salesy. The staff is genuinely kind, knowledgeable, and actually listens instead of pushing upgrades. Every service I've done has been consistent and high-quality, and I always leave feeling noticeably better, more clear, energized, and balanced. One of the worst IV places I have ever been! The staff is too busy socializing amongst themselves and don't care abt the people getting IV services. They have an arrogant attitude n the most disgusting nurse named Christina! Christina is one of the worst so called "nurses" I have ever met! She has no clue how to put in an IV nor realize that you have to clean the track of the line and make sure there is no blood in the line before administering a vitamins. THIS IS THE FIRST THING YOU LEARN IN NURSING SCHOOL!!! I have spoken to many friends n doctors who have told me this!! If you don't clean the line you are pushing coagulated blood back into the body which leads to a blood clot!!! She gave me a blood clot from her INCOMPETENCE!!! She is beyond horrible and should have her nursing license revoked!!! I have been going to IV centers for over 15 years n never in my experience has anyone given me a blood clot! I tried calling the manager and the person who answered the phone said "she was busy and would call me back." Christina jumped on the phone and claimed she did everything right, but clearly she didn't!!! I asked them to send me the document I signed and they never did! I was diagnosed with a superficial thrombosis that started in August 2025, which am still dealing with! Christina is a POS nurse and shouldn't be working there nor on any person!!! I had such a great experience last week at restore in the marina. I did cryotherapy, red light and compression boots. The location is super convenient and clean with beautiful views of the marina. The staff were all friendly and helpful, great customer service. My fav part was the compression boots after playing tennis for 3 hours, it felt awesome and really helped to speed up the recovery. 100% recommend! read more

Andrew and Michelle guided me through my very first cryo session here - they made it fun, exciting, and super comfortable. The cryo chamber itself is amazing, and I left feeling completely refreshed and on top of the world. Whenever I am in Los Angeles, visiting my daughter at college, I always make an effort to stop here for an IV drip. When I was there recently, I decided to experience some of their other offerings such as cryotherapy, red light therapy, and a Naigen drip. I felt absolutely amazing after all of these supportive therapies. I had a fantastic nurse who was incredibly thorough and I also got to meet the owner to learn more about the benefits of Naigen. The entire staff made sure I was incredibly well informed and cared for. It's a beautiful space..in fact, while you're getting your IV drip you can quite literally look out at the harbor and the boats. So glad this is open! They have a great selection of treatment options including cryotherapy, infrared sauna, compression etc and the location on the marina is gorgeous. You have such a nice view while sitting in the chairs getting compression or IV treatments. Every employee who I have spoken to here is very friendly and helpful. The compression boots helped me feel so much better after my legs were super sore. Definitely recommend checking this place out!! read more

This was to be my first visit. I was very forthcoming with the receptionist regarding my age and medical history. My appointment was scheduled for the next day for hyperbaric treatment and they comped me a red light treatment. When I arrived at my appointment I had to take over 30 min. to download my medical records which are required for someone my age. I was not notified of this, the day before. Then after an hour I was told I could not have the hyperbaric treatment because of ongoing health issues. The did throw in the red light treatment and then charged me for a B-12 shot. The experience was stressful and ruined my day. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. They are less than considerate of patrons time and they were very unprofessional because of the misinformation I received. Thumbs Down!!!! read more

The service was excellent and staff were amazingly friendly and helpful - basically everything was perfect until l I had to cancel the membership due to personal reason. They attempted to charge me an additional month due to their "standard policy" of a 30 day cancellation notice, which they of course never openly inform you in the first place. Well, I would have kept the membership if they had more relaxed policy for membership pause. (You are only allowed to pause for three months a year) If this is what they want to do, then this is absolutely the best thing they can do to prevent an old customer from ever coming back. On top of this, they were never able to return the over charge to my membership for the first month. They had entire 6 months to do that but the refund never happened after multiple inquiries! When I emailed the store owner about this and she clearly lied about what happened and never got back to my question. This is so absurd that if they can't respect their own contract by charging customer the right amount, how do they even expect the customer to respect their other policies? read more

After getting to know the staff and their other medical services, I spoke to my doctor and started integrating them as well. What I value most is that Restore Wellness in MDR has a professional team in place that is truly invested in your care and well being. I came to support my disability, recently got a cancer diagnosis and needed surgery. Christina the extra caring head nurse, along with Sarah and Liz the other fantastic nurses, provided me with so much reassurance and trust that they would be there to help me on both ends. I was already thrilled with the core services as Rhys, Anna, Katie and the rest of the team are so friendly, know everyone by name, keep you company during long IV treatments making sure you are cared for, keep the place super clean and appointments running on time - it is always an easy, enjoyable and stress free experience because of their efforts. Michelle the owner is always present, knows her customers and patients well and is invested in how Restore can help support them. The only downside, if there is one, is people in this area are very entitled. Someone often has an unreasonable issue they put on display in the lobby. I see the team disrespected often, when all they are trying to do is help them with kindness and professionalism. Please disregard the negative reviews. This place takes your care seriously, that means you might have to wait for medical clearance. Yes this place is membership based and just like a gym or even Netflix has a cancelation policy. If you are kind and nice and explain your situation and have a legitimate reason, I have always witnessed them attempt to find a solution. The only times I have seen it not work out is when the person is so angry they can't be reasoned with or they didn't pay attention to the promo or they were on vacation and didn't pause their membership first or even communicate prior, etc and don't really have a reason for what they are complaining about. This place is wonderful! It is hard to find a place with these services that is so focused on you being safe, well taken care of and feeling like you are in a family/community environment. read more

Be careful when deciding to join as a member... the rules and policies are fluid. I canceled my membership and continued to manage my remaining points using the companies app. The app listed my remaining 4 points were due to expire 4/14. However, I get a call today saying regardless of the information available on the app your points are expired. The person calling informed the app is wrong and basically that's it sorry. So I am out of over 100.00 because I relied on the company's own resource to manage my membership points. Stay clear away from this place. read more

Very rude front desk receptionist. I walked in to look at the menu, after front desk asked if I needed any help, I politely said "no thank you." After sitting for 2 mins reading the range of services, for the THIRD time, one receptionist asked if I had any questions (AGAIN) making me feel rushed, uncomfortable, and out of place. I was short and said "No." to which her response was (with extreme hostility) "Well, you're just sitting over there so that's why I'm asking." Is this proper customer service? She was rushing me, telling me I was just "sitting" there doing nothing. When I had explicitly said, "no thank you, I just want to take a look and read your menu." This all happened within a matter of 6 minutes. After her rude comment she would not look at me in the eye or answer any of my questions when asked, she ignored me and let the other front desk employee help me. I'm a registered nurse and this is no proper way to treat clientele/patients nor a human being that's reading information. read more
