2 minutes late for an expensive I. V. drip and they cancel your appointment and say sorry, your late. The cavalier attitude by the staff was ridiculous and beyond rude. Oh, and BTW, when you ask how much of each content is in the solution, they can't answer your question, ever. Heads UP! I'v been using the Hydration room services for a year now and have always felt everyone was super professional and the IV's helped. Booked an appointment today, and they have updated their terms. It's a bit sketchy. Essentially they own your image for their own promotion. Honestly, I was just looking to get some help from feeling crumby, the last thing I want is to be photographed and then used in an ad or social media. Enclosing the somewhat surprising and predatory text. Wonderful business. I appreciate the accessibility. The nurses are very prompt , friendly and understanding each time. I have to call for a nurse when I get the norovirus (stomach-flu) each time ,sometimes twice a year. I'm sick for 5 days or more each time and end up extremely dehydrated. The basic hydrating saline is enough to start to bring me back to life. It might take an extra day but I am no longer too sick to move much. I've been coming here for a while and although I like the treatments that they offer, I have found the staff to consistently not be very pleasant. It seems like there is always someone new at the desk who is unable to answer my questions and just has a general lack of knowledge that slows down check-in/ check-out. I do like most of the nurses but 50% of the time I get someone who is new and being observed by the lead nurse on staff and the IV insertion is a lot more clunky and painful. I come for the treatments themselves but if I didn't live so close to this location I'd go elsewhere. read more

They have a solid selection, including IVs (Hangover Detox, Hydration Refresh, Myer's Cocktail) and vitamin injections (Antioxidant Refresh Shot, B12 Super Boost, Happy Shot). However, if you book directly through Hydration Room, they have a LOT more options. For example, I want to try their Happy Tummy IV. I've visited their Santa Monica room, so can only speak regarding this location, but overall experience is good. I'd say don't book Hydration Room if you're in a morning rush - they only have one nurse until 10AM, which can lead to a backup. (I've waited up to 40 minutes beyond my appointment time.) I saw a lot of frustrated customers because of this... so I hope they got the Happy Shot that morning! read more

I was told that it was a 45 minute procedure that would help boost my immune system and that I would start feeling better anywhere from a few hours after until a couple of days. The whole IV took 15 minutes, left the largest, nastiest Black and blue bruise on my elbow and I feel absolutely no difference in terms of my symptoms. I paid over $200 and feel like this was a complete scam. read more

They're professional but not pleasant. Prices are significantly higher than other clinics and service is worse. Little things like not being offered water is disappointing for a premium service. I was also shocked when another patient walked in who had forgotten their mask and the front desk charged him $4 for a cheap forty cent disposable. I think it's repugnant for a clinic to be profiting off masks to that extent when patients are coming in for expensive treatments. My procedure was also less comfortable than other clinics due to lack of numbing agent which better places uses. Go here if you absolutely have to but would not recommend. read more

And let me go. Which is means they put me on a Iv with a super fast speed(not good for you). I had a wonderful experience with the hydration room! My nurse, Annie was so calm, informative, and helpful. I didn't feel a thing and it was really a delightful experience. I also really enjoyed the lady at the front desk. She tried to make the experience as comfortable as possible by giving me a pillow and offering me a hot pack when I was feeling a little cold. Straight forward, upset. I went to Pasadena and it was great experience, so we decided to try Santa Monica location. When we wait until 1pm and went in, the girl asked if we made appointments which we did through website. She said IV treatment needs appointments and try not to walk in (I just said I made appointment). Already upsetting decided to spray lysol every place we go but when other (well... white) people was there didn't clean the tablet they touched, or didn't spray lysol around patient. Honestly, hopefully, I wish I was just feeling sensitive, but looking at my mom hand brused up after popping my vein my mom's hand, the nurse and front desk receptionist girl was like nahhh it's normal. I said ok no worries and I said I would like trying to make appoitment but the front desk told me to book it online so I did it book it for 3 ppl online . Went home dropped the dog because I tried to respect the policy but is so annoying the front desk blonde young girl seems so rude. My family and I came to the appoitment later in the afternoon. When I arrived I saw another customer just finished her treatment and brought her emotional dog with her. I was shocked why the front desk make this option. I believe if you make strongly policy you have to keep it without acception. The place is so nice and the nurse were very professional accept the blonde girl who works in front. I'm a business owner on Montana street too. So please be nice to your Neighbour especially I work in the hospitality. Little dissapoited with unfriendly front desk yesterday. I love this place and wish I would've found it sooner! I was going to a previous vitamin injection place for about a year but never felt a difference afterwards so I did some research and found out this business is owned by a doctor and run by nurses.. thought I'd give it a try. It's sanitary, professional and I felt a huge difference after my first B complex infusion so I knew it was legit. The quality is top notch plus I was told the vitamins are methylated. Make sure to arrive within time stated for last appointment - management has a zero tolerance policy if you are looking for an IV drip for anything if they can't close on time. Staff was very nice, polite, and friendly. I was a bit upset at the fact I did not make the cut off time but was willing to pay for the entire treatment and was fine cutting it off right at 3pm- but was told I would not be able to. The girl at the reception desk mentioned it was her first day, but I never would've been able to tell because she was so professional and on top of her game.
