I recently hosted our Queens Wellness Day at ETERNA HAUS in Santa Monica, and it was the perfect space for bringing together our 2026 contestants and titleholders for a day of wellness, connection, and self care. 10/10 experience at Eterna Haus! Today I experienced the molecular hydrogen inhalation therapy, normatec recovery boots, and the brand new red light bed which was probably my favorite. I have been coming here since 2019 when it was CyroZone and I can honestly say the transformation since Jennifer took over in January (2026) has been incredible. The space is beautiful, exceptionally clean, welcoming and thoughtfully designed. It feels like an entirely new experience. What I love most is that I can get some much done in one place, I'm here most days using the TurboSonic, photobiomodulation red light therapy bed and cryotherapy chamber. One of my favorite modalities in the cryotherapy chamber. Years ago I was dealing with tennis elbow in both arms and regular cryo sessions helped tremendously and became an important part of my recovery. Another one of my favorites is the local cyrotherapy. It works really well on acute injuries. When I have more time I enjoy the molecular hydrogen therapy and many of the other wellness and longevity services they offer. 4 years ago my husband had a terrible stroke that was very debilitating for the whole family. I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment (they recommend 10). They were supposed to be open 2 hours before my appointment. They were closed. One of the neighboring proprietors opened the door and started chatting with the guy about how someone was too drunk to show up for work. Was stuck in traffic merging onto the 10 from the 405 because on the one day it rains in LA, of course there was an accident causing a huge traffic jam. I called but no one picked up. Decided I'd go in past 6 anyway just to see if they were open. They had technically closed already but several clients were finishing up. I went here after a doctor friend of mine recommended it for muscle recovery, so I went with my fiancé and gave it a try. First thing: The cold. I despise being cold, and my biggest concern was the discomfort. This is not racing like an ice bath, you are not wet, nor is it windy. It's intense, but not to the extent that you would dread the experience if you're horrified by weather under 60 F like my pathetic self. Totally doable and worth it. Afterwards, I felt a little rush of energy, but it was not until 24 hours later myself and my fiancé noticed feeling REALLY good: more energy, more positive, super productive days. I found this place off ClassPass (woohoo for them offering Cryrotherapy off the platform!). I signed up for a session, which was the Black Impact. The employee explained to me the instructions when showing me my room. It was definitely an experience, where I froze for 3 minutes. However, having someone talk to me for the duration was beneficial. The next day, I tried the Facial Freeze. Again, the staff was really polite and informative. He helped me through the whole freeze session, and I felt better about my skin. I'll be coming here occasionally through ClassPass before I make a decision on how effective it is, but it sure is an experience! read more
