Ended up leaving at noon as the nurse said I was next in line for the IV after the women who were there although the women before me were scheduled for an appointment at 11am yet still did not get in. The ladies were waiting for an hour with a scheduled appointment. What is point of setting an appointment if you cannot honor the time slots you are confirming. I understand you're busy but do not schedule the appointments so close if you cannot accommodate the people, you're setting times for. Your time is just as valuable as everyone else's. Who wants to wait an hour for an appointment the business set. This is a popular location but maybe a little too busy for their own good as the amount of people clearly cannot be managed correctly by the staff or facility equipment.

First off the tech arrived and although she was very kind and great, she had a strong smell from her lotion that fill our whole house. We asked her if after putting the IV in, if she could sit in the other room and check in on us because she smelled to strong and it was making my wife sick. Additionally, we asked to make the IV slow in order to not overwhelm her system. She agreed to both and said it was no problem. An hour later, a dispatch operator named Chris (apparently he is one of the owners as well), calls his tech, and then proceeds to yell at my wife and telling her that her request and the speed that we were going were simply "unacceptable". I don't care who you are, you don't yell at your customer (who is already dealing with stress from a medical condition) because your tech agreed to our request. If there was an issue, it should have been explained in a better way. Simply, they don't care about you and your care, they just want to get to the next appointment and collect your money. Will never use them again.
