They have three massage chairs, an infrared sauna, steam showers, clean locker rooms with lockers, and a cold plunge available for an additional fee. There's also a kids' center (I don't have young children, so I can't speak to that experience), an M Café for drinks and snacks, and comfortable waiting areas. Overall, the facility is clean, well-maintained, and has everything our family needs for our fitness goals. For the price, I think it's a great value, especially with access to every location.
