On RM3 I had only lost 12lbs in a couple of months, but do not consider the lost to be rapid and had damaged hair. I have spoken to others who have had the same affect with damaged hair while on RM3. However, a friend of mine had lost a lot of weight and has kept it off for a couple of years now and will go back for maintenance. She has admitted that her hair is dry and brittle and has kept it short. Do your research, find out what works for you. The program was not for me, it is expensive and I didn't like having damaged hair. I believe I had lost weight because of the food was low in calorie (no dairy, breads, etc.) and healthy. In reply to the Chelsea's response, I really don't believe it was from a "cleaner eating " from the foods I ate while on the program. I ate the food that were my normal type of foods ( chicken, veggies, etc. ) excluding milk, pasta and breads. I have never have been a junk food eater. As the program states in advertising, you eat regular foods. When you eat healthy clean foods, your hair does not become damaged, dry, and brittle. Sorry Chelsea, I don't your explanation.
