I mostly struggle with pigmentation and scarring and the occasional pimples, and had been using home remedies, scrubs, cleansers, and everything possible that I read about on the internet to get perfect skin. Obviously nothing worked. In fact, I ended up with a huge underground zit with no head, living smack dab in the middle of my forehead; that's when I decided I needed professional help. Manivanh was the one who took care of me. She analyzed my skin, went through my daily and nightly routines, and gave me recommendations for better skincare. Because of my unfamiliarity with my own skin, she decided against a full chemical peel in case I reacted negatively, and instead gave me a gentle cleanse, exfoliation, high frequency treatment, spot treatment, and moisturizer + sunscreen. Throughout the process, she made sure that my face wasn't feeling uncomfortable, irritated, itchy, etc. and answered all of my skincare questions with kindness and patience.
