The front area is very clean, organized, and has a welcoming vibe. I was taken back within a few minutes to the room I'd be in which was also very cozy. My esthetician was Cameron and he was phenomenal! He answered my questions and made the experience relaxing. He also was intentional about the products he recommended for my concerns while not pushing me to change my whole skin care routine which I greatly appreciated (a common experience I've had at other places). I got The Restore Deluxe Organic Facial and it was reasonably priced and included all the things I enjoy (cleansing, mask, exfoliating, massage, and I added on derma planning). Overall, this was a really pleasant experience and I will absolutely be back!

So I had an appointment on Friday and I had to drop all 3 of my kids off early in the morning to make this appointment (had an important event later on that day), mind you this appointment was scheduled weeks in advance because I had this event coming up so l planned in advance. Dropped my kids off and went 40 mins to the location and the doors were locked nobody was there and nobody was answering the phone. Finally got through to someone and was told that they had canceled my appointment without my knowledge because the esthetician had COVID LOL. So I talked to the manger she apologized abs rescheduled me and told me that they would get me in and comp my facial for the inconvenience. Then they just called me one week before my comped appt is supposed to be and she tells me that the OWNER is only willing to give me 20% off now. They royally messed up my whole day and then promised to fix it and then took back their word. Absolutely horrible establishment. My mother and sister and a few of my friends I had recommended them to go there and they have. So not only will Regena Spa be losing me as a customer but many others and also whomever sees this Yelp review and google review I'll be writing next. Customer service is terrible which is probably why they have to put so many discounted services on Groupon to get people in there. The owner messed up on this one. Lol Let me keep writing more reviews all over!!! God bless. Wendi, the owner, who just replied to my review, that is a low blow because you know that is a LIE. You guys are now lying in your business to keep a bad review from looking bad on you. But yeah this review is for everyone to see now. Appreciate it. I'll keep spreading the word of what really happened so it's out there for the world to see. Appreciate it.

I totally get the reason for the sales process but it starts to make my visit uncomfortable knowing I have to deal with that at the end. Overall they are great though.
