Then they just called me one week before my comped appt is supposed to be and she tells me that the OWNER is only willing to give me 20% off now. They royally messed up my whole day and then promised to fix it and then took back their word. Absolutely horrible establishment. My mother and sister and a few of my friends I had recommended them to go there and they have. So not only will Regena Spa be losing me as a customer but many others and also whomever sees this Yelp review and google review I'll be writing next.
