Sharing my overall experience how Med Spa ladies treated me so far…read more 100% true. Biased, discriminated, disrespectful. I've been a client at Celebrity Med Spa since 2022, but my experience has unfortunately been disappointing and frustrating. I initially trusted this place, but over time, I noticed a consistent lack of professionalism and a strong bias in favor of their staff often at the expense of customer care. On Women's Day, I was given the wrong package and double-charged. When I brought it to their attention, instead of acknowledging the mistake and offering an appropriate resolution, they offered me a $450 facial I didn't need. The staff was not properly trained, and my appointments were frequently canceled often at the last minute with no regard for my time or schedule. During calls to reschedule, I was repeatedly talked over and not allowed to express my concerns. One staff member continued speaking without letting me respond, and when I voiced that clients deserve to be heard, I was met with hostility. It became clear that they prioritized their team over their clients, which is concerning for any customer-focused business. When I mentioned that certain areas were left untreated during a session, the response I got was defensive "I have 20 years of experience, I know what I'm doing" instead of listening or addressing the issue. During a snowstorm, they canceled my 8:00 AM appointment with a message sent at 7:46 AM, focusing only on the safety of the staff and not even acknowledging the inconvenience to the customer. This was after I had already started driving in dangerous conditions. When I politely raised concerns about the consistent disregard and communication issues, I was told that I was the problem. The entire conversation shifted to defending staff behavior instead of addressing valid client concerns. I was essentially forced to end my service due to the lack of respect and understanding. It's disheartening to feel dismissed, talked over, and discriminated against. I also noticed a pattern where positive feedback is welcomed, but any complaint results in pushback or being made to feel unwelcome. They strongly encourage tipping and link discounts to gratuities, which feels more like pressure than appreciation. Sadly, I no longer feel comfortable returning to this spa. I hope they reflect on how they treat clients--especially those from diverse backgrounds and work on building a culture that values respectful, two-way communication. Biased, discriminated, disrespectful. For them only staff is important. They do not want their staff to fell uncomfortable. but they are totally happy to if the client is uncomfortable.

Excellent service | knowledgeable staff | results…read more I've been coming here the last couple of months when I broke out with hormonal pregnancy acne. I've seen Kyla, Carla, and Holly, and they are so sweet and excellent at what they do. I also converse with Sneha who usually works the front desk and she's really sweet as well. I am so impressed with this place. The place is located in a great area with ample parking. The office is clean and well stocked with skincare and acne free makeup lines. Scheduling an appointment at the front desk is easy, flexible and quick to do, or you can go online. They have a good number of estheticians, so finding a time that works for you isn't a problem. All of the ladies working here are very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in their work. I've never felt rushed here. They are thorough with their extractions, explain what they put on your face to meet your skincare goals, and make you feel pampered. I just saw Carla and she went absolutely above and beyond for me today. She gave extra attention to the extraction phase, especially because my pregnancy acne is pretty deep along the jawline. She applied Vaseline on my chapped lips at the end of my facial and gave me a free sample of a lip scrub she loves. She always made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment, asking if I wanted a blanket, heat/no heat for the bed. I enjoyed talking to her and felt so comfortable and taken cared of. I thought she was going to reschedule my appointment due to inclement weather, but she was there and able to see me. My skin is still a work in progress, but I notice the improvement already. I have less breakouts and my skin looks well hydrated and healthy. Patience is key and I'm already happy with the progress. These ladies genuinely care for your skincare goals. They update your skincare routine at every appointment so you're never left in the dark with what to do for care at home. They also have an incredible response time when you contact them with a question. I highly recommend this business and these ladies. If you're on the fence, try one appointment and you won't be disappointed.

I had an AMAZING treatment today!!!! One that I needed because I was so dehydrated. Yesterday I…read morewas starting to feel really tired, nauseous , and dizzy. I noticed that my energy level was low and that I needed to get an IV done ASAP. I'd rather get an IV here then end up in an ER waiting 2 to 4 hours just to be informed that I'm dehydrated. I found Prime IV hydration in Beaverton on YELP since I'm still new to the area. It's close to my house in Progress Ridge so I thought I would give it a try. I'm definitely not a newbie to being dehydrated and just can't get all the water in that I need in a day. I'm familiar with receiving IV drips since I lived in Las Vegas Nevada for 22 years. I'm used to getting stuck, poked, and missed veins from time to time. That's just normal, especially since I normally am extremely dehydrated. I was worried that my veins would be hard to work with but I'm thankful for my one poke and that I experienced great care today. I was respected. I was informed. I felt welcomed. I felt like everything I said mattered and that I was genuinely being heard. I found out from the owner that this was a new location which is why everything is very new. Since I was a new client, I was provided intake paperwork sent electronically to my email. After my paperwork was signed, I was moved into a small meeting room to have a quick 5 to 6 minutes conversation with my intake provider. I was the only client there when PrimeIV opened which gave me time to look around. I took pictures and attached them for others to view. The front desk is clean and organized, floors clean, bathroom clean, and massage chairs. After the 5 to 6 minute interview, I moved to another room where Amy started to prep my arm for my IV. Once my arm was ready, I was off to get my massage. Now, let me tell you these are pretty fancy massage chairs. It's not the normal chairs that you'd be sitting in when you get your nails done in a salon. These are the high-tech massage chairs. There are a total of four in the room, which means the max clients in the room would be only four at a time. The IV room is very quaint and has a little feng shui about it. After I sat down in the massage chair, Amy set my massage to rest/sleep mode then went to mix my IV. My massage was Heaven. I'm so thankful for the massage chairs because the massage helped me relax, especially since I have anxiety. Amy hooked me up to my IV and fixed the titration and my drip started. From the time my bag started to the time it ended took about an hour and 20 minutes. I added vitamin B -12 to my bag And within the first 15 minutes, I already started feeling the energy. When Amy came in to check on me I told her I felt so much energy that I could take on the world. Ha ha ha. When the full bag was done, I felt REJUVENATED!!!! My thoughts and speech improved. My blood pressure improved and my mood was lifted. I no longer felt lethargic, nauseated, or dizzy, and as I mentioned earlier, I felt AMAZING!!!!! If you read everything that I mentioned above, thank you. I know this was long to read, but I feel that my time and my health was valued today and believe my review is worth it to PrimeIV because I had one of the most terrific experiences today out of the many IV Hydration treatments I've had in the past. (Usually every 6 months when I lived in Vegas. If you stayed with me this long, book your appointment and get in and get yourself feeling brand new again!
