There was a little soreness afterwards but that's to be expected. I did not expect to experience bruising and mild pain. The next day the injection site was very bruised and discolored and tender to the touch. The bruising got worst be the day. It's been 5 days and the color is not getting any better. Im not pleased with my experience and will sadly not be scheduling anymore infusions with them which sucks as I was excited to begin receiving infusions on a monthly basis.

I ended up having to reach out to ClassPass support myself, who thankfully resolved the issue quickly and refunded my credits -- but it was no thanks to Invein. The front desk experience was unprofessional and unwelcoming. Kelly, in particular, was dismissive and difficult to communicate with. Overall, a frustrating experience that I would not recommend.
