I received the 90 min hot stone massage and opted for the CBD oil add-on. My neck, shoulder and arm pain is something that comes and goes. At its worst, I feel radiating pain and achiness that can continue for several days and disturb my sleep. This time, instead of "enduring" it for several days (and whining to my husband) I booked an appt with Linda. Online booking is super easy and convenient. If you don't know what type of massage you want or need, it's OK! Because Linda will ask you and adjust as needed. When I told her my symptoms, she included some trigger points and stretches! Ahhhhhh She definitely focused on my neck, shoulder and arm (main complaint) but did not forget the rest of my body! ( I didn't realize my lower back and legs were also tight!) The CBD oil did not smell and was a thick oil. She told me not to shower tonight. The only bad thing about CBD oil is that if it gets in your hair, your hair looks super greasy. So bring a hat if you need to go somewhere afterward. Not sure if it was the CBD or the actual massage, but I slept really well and did not wake up multiple times, as I had been doing!
