Apparently I led the charge because when I got there, there was no one - and in the matter of the hour, I counted four people coming in, and I stopped counting at six interruptions in my massage when she had to go and answer the phone, talk to people in the lobby, get people settled in another room. And every time she answered the phone she told people to come down because it's not busy.... I could have forgiven all of that, and I might have even come back because historically the price has been right. The $50 massage, $10 tip, not bad for someone with no Massage training. But when I was leaving, she stopped me and asked me for $30 tip. She pointed to a new sign that they have that says that a good massage is $20 tip and a great massage is $30... and I'm wondering why would I pay 60% on a substandard massage that was interrupted 6+ times... I leave both excellent and not so excellent reviews here. Unfortunately, today was not so excellent. Would definitely not recommend because you'll be incredibly disappointed, if not incensed! :(

She stopped the massage to help them then proceeded to unplug and take the space heater out to put in another room I'm guessing. Which I'm sure it took up some of my massage time. As we finished she left the room and I got my things together and started to walk out. I saw her helping someone as I was leaving and she stopped me to ask for a tip. Although I feel like the massage didn't deserve one, I tipped her a little because she asked.... Almost a week has passed now and I have already had 2 strains in my back. When I asked her to break a 20, she assumed I will give her $5 tip by giving me a 10 and 2 fives. To make matters worse, she didn't speak English so I couldn't understand what she was saying. The front person who took my payment initially finally came to my rescue and I explained to her the situation. The masseuse excuse was that she was sweating already and did the best she can. I gave her full trust, letting her choose whatever color she thought would look best and hoped for the best, she was VERY excited to accept the challenge and went to work mixing custom colors for me from her organic line. She actually used 3 colors which were all amazing together and really complimented my skin tone, giving me a much more natural healthy look with an amazing shine that I have never been able to achieve. She finished with a great haircut sprucing up my layers flattering my face more than they had before.
