I called up Alford days after my install because I had water coming up through the valve they installed on the system. To say the least, I was stressed about it. Alford sent over a young man named Jason Berry to check it out and he very quickly determined that some gravel around the valve was blocking the flow of water. He cleared out the gravel and then tested the system with my garden hose and water started immediately flowing into my sump pit! Problem solved! Stress over! Thank you Jason for a job well done!

I was quoted a couple of packages in the $28-$31k range, was offered a $3k discount if I signed that day. I was not going to do that. I mentioned other issues that were contributing factors and mentioned multiple stages. He mentioned fees for multiple visits; he wasn't sure He left after telling me that I would hear from the Account Manager soon. I then began addressing the main cause of the issues in the crawlspace - the gutters. I did also get another quote on the first part of the job - the cleanup - and contracted for that based on $$. At various times I received form E-Mails from my Account Manager asking if I was ready to get started on my project. So, on April 22nd, I responded to one of the E-Mails. I outlined what was being done on my project, the timeline, what still needed to be done, and offered them the opportunity to quote on what was left. I got crickets; no response. Today I got the same form E-Mail. I am going to unsubscribe. (And yes, I could have called, but I don't do phone well.) I suspect the work would have been top notch, but this left me - personally - feeling like no one cared about my house and it's REAL issues. You decide for yourself; I am simply sharing my experience.

We 100% regret using this company! Our crawlspace was mildewed and wet. They promised/guaranteed…read morethe space would be dry and insulated. After they took our $1500 deposit, it took multiple calls to get them in to do the work. Once they completed the work we had paid over $4000. The space is NOT insulated, they left the entrance hole wide open, and there was water in it from a leak. A leak they knew about and neglected to tell us. The job was in January, 2019. After multiple calls for weeks they came back and fixed a piece of flexed duct work that was destroyed by the leak - mid March. It's still very cold in the addition. The mildew is gone, at least. We now have to spend more money to go back inside and insulate it ourselves. We are highly disappointed!!

Hiring this business has been an absolute trainwreck. I was quoted three days to knock out a rough…read morein job. It's now been 21 days. They are always late and that's if they even show up. Jim will not communicate the fact that he is not coming, but he will make sure to provide you with an excuse to why he didn't make it some 12 to 24 hours later. In his guy's taking all my copper water lines they cut my copper heating lines out. Further they didn't disclose the mishap to me, or fix it. I had an HVAC guy come out to the house thinking something was wrong with the unit, nope the plumbers just took the lines. And yes, it was definitely the plumbers because when I directly asked Jim he admitted it was his guys. Lastly Jim requires you to pay for the bulk of the work in advance. It's on me for being the idiot to agree to that and then becoming captive to his timeline because shelling out more money to someone else is absolutely sickening. Luckily this whole saga ends in this message from him "& I wouldn't suggest being a bitch to me!ask some my exes I'll b a bigger prick so u either understand I'm having vehicle issues at the moment or raise hell make yourself miserable totally up to u." Because that's how far it needs to go for me to have enough brains to cut ties and find help elsewhere. This has been an absolute horror story. Only nice thing that I can say is that the two guys who primarily work for him were very kind and considerate towards me. I wish them the absolute best.
