Hello, This is a heads-up .. A WARNING. We PAID these people around $8,000. Only 1 project was completed out of MAJOR renovations on our new house. We hired them on 5/29/25, they cleared out, and run off on us around 9/2/25. This left our house a total unfinished, unlivable wreck. They kept having one emergency situation after another. Wanting to help, we continued to give them draws on their "unearned job quotes." Trusting in them, we eventually had them paid way ahead for unfinished jobs. They did a really good job on the first project. They almost finished the second project. Then the excuses started to come more frequently, and showing up to work became less frequent. Looking back.. a HUGE RED FLAG is WAVING when the business has NO TYPE of CHECKING ACCOUNT at all. The quality of their work started going severly downhill. This resulted in us having to repurchase materials to fix all of their mistakes. It also started to take a toll on getting the house done on our agreed upon schedule deadline. I eventually had to fire one of their workers, as he became such a ridiculous problem. We live about 1.5 hours away from our house. We stopped letting them know when we were going to be there. This resulted in our knowledge that they were NOT there working, when they said that they were & would be. The house was in total disarray. The work areas were filthy. They were behaving in the most unprofessional capacity that I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Their work ethic, on a scale of 1-10, would have to be a ZERO! At this time, I had to make a STRONG POINT about how things should proceed. THIS ACT of holding them accountable resulted in a problem with the other worker, bringing actions of total disrespect. I ultimately had to let her go as well. Within a day of this happening they cleared their stuff out. They KEPT OUR HOUSE & GARAGE KEYS, and left ALL of the projects UNFINISHED & our materials strewn all over the place. This left our home in a total state of RUIN! This was totally UNACCEPTABLE and completely UNPROFESSIONAL. They left our home absolutely UNLIVABLE! We were good to them. We went above and beyond for them & their ENDLESS AMOUNT of EMERGENCY, CRAZY, & SELF INFLICKED SITUATIONS. They were PAID IN ADVANCE for jobs DONE WRONG, NOT FIXED, AND NOT FINISHED! I NOW believe that this is a CRIME of THEFT, a CON JOB, a SCAM, and A CRIME of THEFT by DECEPTION! They took EXTREME advantage of 3 senior citizens. Two of which are disabled, and one at the age of 85. This is a totally DISGUSTING, DECEIVING, DESPICABLE, DOWN RIGHT DIRTY WAY to do ANYONE!! If you value fairness, doing, & receiving the right thing, & doing & having things done to the best of everyones ability, then value your peace of mind. Protect you & your's best interest ... & STEER CLEAR of this DISASTER!! It's just waiting to happen to you. When someone shows you that they are ADDICTED to DRAMA. ADDICTED to OTHER PROBLEM INDUCING THINGS & PRODUCTS, BELIEVE IT!! These people are DISHONEST, LIARS, DRUGGED OUT, CROOKED CRIMINALS. BEWARE OF THEM! I hope that you HEED this WARNING & don't find out the HARD WAY, as we have. I'm already overextended, overwhelmed, & super stressed. Now, I have to somehow find the time to provide the Authority's with what all that they need. The APD has informed me that this individual (identified by his KY Driver's License picture) DOES HAVE PRIOR THEFT on his record. They could not disclose what type of a Theft Charge that it was, ONLY that it was THEFT. Now I must try to find, believe in, & trust, yet another handyman service. It's so very difficult, almost impossible, to find affordable, trustworthy, good help. A good friend has also reminded me to ALWAYS check with the BBB, before hiring anyone.
