Sad day for me... I used to love this spot and made it my Friday morning tradition for years, but I probably will not be returning.. The burritos are decent enough if you're okay dropping $30 on just two breakfast burritos. They'll happily charge extra for every little thing, like additional sauce--don't worry, they won't let that slide. What really let me down this time was learning they're using liquid eggs straight from the Sysco supply chain (the kind that's pre-scrambled and processed in bulk). Great variety and delicious burritos! I absolutely love that this truck has something for everyone. Vegetarian meat substitutes can be hard to come by, so we loved the inclusion of Be-Hive chorizo on the menu. They use the soyrizo from BeHive which is an awesome vegan spot - so a great options for my veggie friends :) the truck is outside with a shaded patio nearby - so good seating as long as your okay with outdoor! YES!!!!! So I was iffy about trying this spot out because I have a favorite burrito spot in Nashville already. But I decided to swing by on my run and the cashier was super friendly and one of the customers was raving about the deliciousness they served, so it only seemed right. I swung back by after my run which was about 11:30 and they still had everything available on the menu which was nice. We decided to go with the reezo and the b3. Their cali style burrito is the perfect big breakfast! The burrito was packed with steak, potatoes, and fresh pico de gallo. The steak was good, but a little tough. We ordered the tots before realizing how big the burrito would be. They were also pretty good, but a little under salted. They kept the line moving, and had burritos coming out every minute. The outdoor seating is perfect to also grab a coffee next door. I'd definitely come back and try other burritos on their menu. The owner was friendly when I approached the truck to check on my online order, and the order was ready right when it the confirmation email said it would be. We parked on a small, paid gravel lot nearby. There are a few tables and benches (and a small playground) nearby shared with Tabla Rose Cafe outside but took our order home. I got Cali burrito. The portions were generous. The tortilla was soft, chewy and delicious. I didn't love the texture of mushy tater tots inside my burrito (I prefer chopped potatoes/home fries). The pico had a nice spice to it. The crema helped cool it off. The carne asada was a little tough, not very tender. Great friendly service, quality burrito and awesome green sauce. There's not much more you have to ask. They're right outside of the toy store tucked in the back corner with a couple of tables to seat but it's easy enough to do a pick-up order or sit and watch the kids play on the skate ramp or people watch. They're currently only open from Thurs-Sun 8-12, I believe. Being from Texas, it's always welcomes to have more breakfast tacos/burrito options. Great new food truck on the Nashville scene! Saw JMAS early Friday morning at the music city Irish fest in time for a late morning breakfast. The smells as they were getting fired up were enticing & i wandered over to be their first ever customer! The couple running the truck were really friendly & I found them on social media & recommended Yelp to them for a business page. I ordered the special Banshee burrito (corned beef, egg, cheese, potato) & a bacon eggs cheese potato for my wife. They were really good, the tortilla stood out as especially flavorful & the green chili sauce they give on the side was so good I wanted to dunk the whole burrito in it.
