It still had a fantastic flavor and the vegetables were to die for. What really knocked the meal out of the park was the dessert. We split a piece of chocolate cake on a lemon cookie crust with raspberries on the side. Just...wow. Sweetness, tartness, texture, this dessert had it all in perfect balance. Then the lemon ricotta ravioli was anything but - the menu said it had burrata, lemon and mint and instead it was a bland cream disaster with arugula on top. The Rosti did not disappoint. Full disclaimer: Rosti can be a bit heavy with the cooking process that can include butter along with some bacon. Yes, the Rosti had the expected greasy texture, but just enough to make it savory without overpowering the various ingredients. I would recommend this restaurant if you are interested in trying the traditional Rosti dish in several varieties.
