Coming from Miami (and being Cubans) we have eaten at many Cuban restaurants so we know that it was authentic delicious Cuban food. The service was great also! They all tastes pretty good but the portions were very small. The place is very cute and nicely decorated on the inside. It's very small and doesn't have many places. Our waitress was nice and friendly and the food came quickly.

I've never had food like this. The flavours, the presentation, the textures, it all caught me by surprise. I mean sure it's tacos, cuban poutine, and the likes but there's such a unique twist to them that I was enchanted. The portions were a bit small so perfect for a 5a7 or for tapas with friends. It's not really a sit down and have a long dinner kinda place. I didn't have a reservation so I sat at the bar with my boyfriend and it was ok but not the best seat in the house. It gets more hectic at the bar. I didn't order a drink but my boyfriend got a light blonde beer and he said it was good. I highly recommend this place. Such a cool and funky vibe with some great food to share.

C'est seulement un comptoir pour emporter mais ça vaut la peine d'y passer car le nourriture est excellente. Small place where you can find good Peruvian food on the south shore of Montreal. I found it thanks to Yelp. My Lomo Saltado ( stir fry beef) to go was excellent and I didn't think you can find a better one in Peru( my wife is Peruvian). That was annoying because we had to wait a long time to order for no reason. The menu is online and their website doesn't have an English option. Very inconvenient and not tourist friendly. The food came out separately even though we ordered at the same time and made it clear one dish was for one of us and one was for the other. That meant that one of us was eating while the other waited because the food was going to get cold. Minus another star for splitting the order by a full 10 minutes. This place has a lot of potential. The flavor of the nigiri was great, but the portion size was amuse-bouche and not tapas. To charge $15 for 1/2 oz of beef and 5 cents worth do rice is highway robbery. The shishito peppers were great, all 4 of them. Most of the dish is peas which are used as filler. Again, charging $15 for about $2 worth of ingredients is ridiculous ESPECIALLY since the flavor of that dish wasn't anything spectacular. If you want less expensive shishito peppers with better flavor AND a great view, head over to Terasse Nelligan. Bottom line, I wanted to love this place when I walked in, but left underwhelmed and feeling ripped off having spent $40 for two tapas plates.

The service was friendly enough, but not note-worthy; you order at the counter and they bring the food to you, but otherwise don't really attend to you which is fine. They have a wide variety of different "sandwichs" that appeared to be larger portions on a maize bun, and arepas that are a little smaller than the sandwiches, among other food items. We tried: 1. Pabellón - beef, beans, and white Venezuelan cheese. A nice balance of sweet, savory, creamy, and meaty; our favorite part of the meal! 2. Rumbera - pork and cheddar cheese. The pork was good, but they really loaded the cheddar cheese in this arepa; I think the ratio was a little bit off. 3. Tequeño - a little finger-long fried stick with filling. We got the white Venezuelan cheese. A little crispy, not very large; it was okay. We got this because they didn't have empanadas. Some downsides were that you have to buy bottled water, and that the food took a little longer than expected to come out considering the simplicity of the food. Also, they didn't have any empanadas when we came. Overall, 5 stars for the food; we would come back to try different sandwiches! --Rating Rubric-- 5* - As good as it gets; some or all of the experience went above and beyond. I would come here again and again! 4* - Worth checking out; a good value. No major complaints or only minor flaws that set this place back. I'm glad I tried it, but I might not come back here in lieu of trying somewhere new. 3* - A few setbacks that soured the experience.
