Food and service were fine in this nice setting overlooking the River. The ambiance was destroyed though when a gentleman was seated next to us with his large long-haired black dog that smelled like wet dog from the rain outside. Then when my wife got up to use the restroom the dog loudly started barking at her in the restaurant. Ridiculous that reataurant would allow pets in what otherwise might be called a fine dining restaurant. read more
