We split a piece of chocolate cake on a lemon cookie crust with raspberries on the side. Just...wow. Sweetness, tartness, texture, this dessert had it all in perfect balance. Yes, the Rosti had the expected greasy texture, but just enough to make it savory without overpowering the various ingredients. I would recommend this restaurant if you are interested in trying the traditional Rosti dish in several varieties.
