It's definitely more of a locals restaurant than the tourist heavy spots you see on the main avenues and thus is a more traditional French restaurant. We loved the ambiance, service, food and the fairly priced wine list. Foie Gras, Escargot, Onion Soup, Veggies, Scallops and Steak were all perfectly prepared. I speak a little French but they will speak English graciously and never treated us like the tourists we were. One of our favorite meals on the Alps vacation. Highly recommended!!

I know some people like this. I do not. In such a nice restaurant the servers should be warm and welcoming not acting like robots. If this is not a problem for you then I do recommend it. The interior is really nice and cosy, very thought through. The view of the mountain is stunning but like I said, the service is not.
