I actually purchased a Costco membership specifically to buy my tires, and I'm very glad I did. I ordered the tires online and was initially given a later arrival date, but they were actually delivered and available the very next day. Unfortunately, there were no installation appointments available for a little over a week. I had just purchased a used car and discovered that both front tires were worn down to the steel, so waiting that long simply wasn't safe. I went to the Costco Tire Center on Route 22 in Union, NJ, explained the situation, and I cannot say enough about how gracious and accommodating the staff were. They worked with me despite the fact that I didn't have an appointment. Then my tire nightmare continued! When they went to change the tires, we discovered the car had locking lug nuts and the previous owner had not provided the key. Costco understandably couldn't remove them without the proper equipment, so I had to take the car back, bring it to my regular mechanic to have the locking lug nuts removed, and then return to Costco. Once again, the Costco staff graciously worked with me and got the car back in. And because apparently my tire saga wasn't complicated enough, we then discovered that I had accidentally ordered the wrong tire size! Thankfully, they had another Michelin option in the correct size in stock and were able to take care of everything. Throughout this entire process, the staff communicated with me every step of the way. I certainly didn't expect to walk in without an appointment and be in and out immediately. I dropped the car off, they called me with updates along the way, and they called again as soon as it was finished. I genuinely could not have asked for better service. A huge thank-you to everyone at the Costco Tire Center on Route 22 in Union, New Jersey. You were patient, gracious, accommodating and incredibly helpful through my entire tire saga. What could have been an incredibly frustrating experience was made so much easier because of the way your team handled it. I am extremely grateful, and you have definitely earned a new Costco customer. Five stars and a very sincere thank you to the entire Tire Center team!

That cake is delicious and at only $6 an amazing deal. The prices at lidl are very affordable, only one employee in the entire store that I saw last night at around 8pm. Shout out to that employee hustling to check everyone out while also monitoring the self check out, you deserve a raise sir.

Note: The Union Lidl sells alcohol. I was surprised to see this. This section is along the wall furthest from the entrance.

Many months later, I came back and Green Way Markets had taken its place after a significant renovation! The market looks and feels clean and organized, with good sized aisles. This isn't a Costco or Shop Rite, so you can't go barreling down the aisles with a cart, but I never felt crowded in. Green Way Markets carries some items I would definitely consider a bit more upscale including some of their yogurt selections and items in the meat section (I recall seeing both duck breast and caviar). They also carry items that not all smaller markets carry like plant based meat products. There is also a prepared food counter that also has baked goods like cakes. I suspect most folks would probably use larger markets for their "main" food shopping but this is a fun place to check out some brands you normally don't see and maybe pick up some specialty items. Two weeks... two weeks is all it took to naturally repair three years of back pain…read more As David said, a mattress isn't a physical therapist, but I've been doing physical therapy this whole time. I have a muscle condition apparently, which I've sort of known about my whole life, but it was never this bad. I had tried two new mattresses before this one - a tempurpedic, and a cheap floor model from Sleepys that I took because it wasn't tempurpedic. I figured neither one helped, so it couldn't be the mattress. The difference with Sleep Factory Outlet was that David took the time to listen, and to educate me about what makes a person need a firm or soft mattress. We found the mattress that felt best for me, with all the time and attention in the world, no sense of urgency, and not feeling left alone to my own devices. On top of that, they built me a custom-made pillow exactly to the height I needed, in the shape I wanted, at the size I specified, and I've never been happier! Finally, for icing on the cake... I was feeling absolutely miserable and even afraid of driving from how much back pain I had just two weeks ago. I felt light headed and afraid of passing out just from being in the car chair for too long, going on the highways. Something to do with my ribs, I think. I explained my situation, and while David was unable to accept credit card over the phone, we worked something out and I was able to send payment to him and receive my mattress and pillow within hours of them being completed, without having to drive over to try them out! I'm happy to say that I lucked out with the right firmness, as it feels like a full body hug whenever I lay down. I'm getting a solid 8 hours of sleep every night, and I'm sleeping in past the sunlight and sounds of people slamming their car doors in the morning. No more back pain! Incredible.
