Human error will happen from time to time... I appreciate a good business that will make it up to you when something does happen. If you're looking for a neatly organized selection, you're better off ordering online. Any store that has a spacious showroom, will not be charging prices as LOW as All Craft. It's best to go in with a list of what you specifically want. You will not be able to do much browsing. Don't count on it. Also, be prepared to wait in line... Sometimes there is no line, sometimes you wait over 1 hour in line just to get into the warehouse space. The service is friendly, but has been know to be inefficient from time to time. I still give 4 stars because they will match competitors prices, sometimes they'll go even lower :)
