So,…read morebeing as off center as I was during the ordeal, I went to the register to buy 6 $500.00 cards. I tried to do just that and the cashier called security over to speak to me. He was wonderful and told me there were a lot of scams happening with the gift cards and that I could only buy 1 $500.00 card. He spoke to me in such a way it slapped me straight. I want desperately to thank him and maybe tell his manager he saved me a whole lot of money and I will never be able to thank him enough. This is the store on Lee Trevino in East El Paso. I have tried calling that store at the very LEAST 15 times. Nobody answers the phone. I will go over and speak to his manager and let him know about the incident and hope he rewards the Security Chief that saved my life. If any one can help me get in touch with this store. Please let me know.

Review for Ft Bliss Exchange Manager and Shipping Dept. Team that packs up online orders…read more TRAIN YOUR TEAM My last AAFES online orders have shipped from the Fort Bliss Exchange, Shipping Department. Last three orders placed on AAFES, again all shipped from Ft Bliss Exchange, have ALL ARRIVED BROKEN. Three claims filed with online AAFES. Last Order from FT Bliss, arrived 30 Oct 25, also arrived with extensive damage, all 6 items. No padding on the items, one piece of brown paper around a 2 lb Resin Figurine / Candle Holder. No bubble wrap, no styrofoam, no air pockets pillow things - they beat each other up as they travelled to San Diego area. No damage to box, not FedEx's fault. FOLLOW UP MONDAY: NOV 3: I called and spoke to GM / Store Manager, very nice of her to take my call. She said no one from AAFES online orders, had reached out to let them know of breakage issue with online orders shipped out of Fort Bliss Exchange complex. In the whole scheme of things this is not important, but it is a big waste of money & customer time ( Customer has to call shopmyexchange, start claim process, supply photos and then wait for return or even exchange ) - She said she would pass the packing / breakage issue to the shipping department. Bubble Wrap is a wonderful thing. This was 3 separate shipments, all the same items, all arrived damaged due to lack of padding. I did this claim business three times and I am tired. No more 2 lb frogs for me - this was a total of 15 broken frogs in 3 separate shipments. I am having nightmares of Bath & Body Works frogs crippled and damaged chasing me thru the house. I have PTFD, post traumatic frog disorder.

It's not terribly expensive, considering what you're getting, though you might fair better if you have some type of membership / discounts with a place like Chewy online. Again, product dependent really. I know TSC has some form of military discount, but it wasn't easy to use. I had to register and go through some process and then, I think I get the discounts retroactively? I honestly have no idea, I just know it is not a show your CAC (ID Card) type of discount. Service is great and I'll continue to go there for all my equine / horse needs. And also spend extra on the other stuff they have there that I didn't know I needed or wanted (outside of horse stuff lol)

Drove 30 minutes across town to arrive and be told by the supervisor on duty that store policy is to not refill propane after 5:00PM. Asked what the logic was and was told... "I dunno, store policy". Explained that I drove across town from the other store because of a lack of adapter and was told "that's not my fault". No compassion or understanding. No logical explanation for not servicing the tank either. Bunch of BS. Funny that as I review other comments, people have had issues with propane here also. Not coming back to this store. Truck stop down the street instead.
