I went for a long walk around the lake at night and in the morning it was a quick walk to coffee if you want to get out of the hotel/ Really nothing to complain about as far as the hotel itself. Chocolate in the room upon arrival. Decent bed. Most importantly, air conditioning that worked on a very hot summer day. I would stay the Ritz Carlton I walked by nearby next time but it was okay enough. They weren't super nice at check in when I told them that no, I was paying for the room and it should have been in my name. Pretty sure he rolled his eyes at me, even if not intentional. They also could not give change at the desk for USD/CHF, which is pretty standard at hotels in Europe. Aside from that and being less than impressed with how small the room was, even for EU, it was good enough but not anymore than 3 stars for me.

The bed and pillows were super soft, and the bathroom amenities were perfect (shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryer, even a robe and slippers!). I also love how they leave a tiny piece of chocolate on the nightstand!

There is also Manor Market near by, so you can by your gifts or pre-cooked meals The breakfast is standard, although they have scramble egg, which was a first in Switzerland for us The room is big, and with AC. My room faces the street, but it wasn't noisy at all. Overall, we are very happy with our stay and worth our money

Parking is available for a fee so we decided to just use a nearby garage which was cheaper. There is a restaurant and bar in the lobby. Water and hot water is also available in the lobby for guests. Check in was exactly at 3pm and even though numerous people were in line waiting it went by quickly. Also there are 2 elevators. If you are needing postcards they have some for less than 1€ in the lobby.

You need your hotel room key to gain access at night to the hotel and to use the elevator. Also, the complimentary breakaway was delicious and had a great variety of items. I had two delicious crepes with Nutella, a yogurt, a medley of nuts, and cereal with craisins. The coffee machine also make delicious lattes!! The bathroom was pristinely clean and the water pressure was perfect. The people who work in this hotel go above and beyond to ensure that you're taken care of, and I highly recommend it when you're in Geneva!

Although we didn't eat here, the restaurant was full during meal times. Two person elevator that is from another era but still worked and got the job done. The Fitness room/Spa area had Modern decor and is the part of the hotel that has been updated. A rare, both Steam and Dry Sauna rooms (2-3 people max capability) are included with an inviting relax area that was always kept clean and organized. An Amazing Wine Bar (La Tenuta)) and coffee shop (Christie's) just steps away and 15 minutes walk from the City Center. Yasside and the team took good care of us and gave us some great recommendations and tips. Extra star for their service minded and engaged approach. We will be back!

When we saw our room we noticed our bed was a bit too small for two people, so we called the front desk and they immediately upgraded us and brought us new keys to our room. Overall the hotel is super clean, beds are extra comfy, deluxe rooms have balconies, and they also have a spa + gym in the basement.
