The best Canto restaurant in Barcelona! It is very authentic. I'm not saying this because I am Chinese, but the family that owns it is Cantonese-speaking Chinese. The fact that they use what ingredients are available to them and stick as close as possible to their tradition of cooking is what makes it beautiful. Choy sum is not in season or at the markets? Use bok choy. Just as tasty!
A lot of the food on the menu is what my own family cooks at home. I can make congee on my own, but here it just feels like it is my mom or dad who have cooked it. I saw people complaining about bones in their ribs. It is a RIB dish. Ribs are bones, so you're going to have bones in it. Don't order ribs if you can't be bothered to remove it when eating. Silly people! Complain for what? Just stop.
To get here, Arc de Triomf is the closest subway station. Loads of buses stop here too. The best place to park is on the side of the street, nearest the restaurant, but if you can't find a spot or have an electric car, you can park at the Arc de Triomf parking garage. I always find a place to charge my car!
I will keep coming here because the owners are lovely and the food is good! read more
