This place is great! I am someone who has been taking CBD products for a while but I needed some guidance from an expert. I had been buying from a shop that mainly sells vape products. This shop is locally owned and they specialize in CBD and hemp derivatives. Fran was very knowledgeable and explained all of my different choices. Don't hesitate- these folks are really interested in helping people! read more

My story is long, but the bottom line is: YES. GO. SHAYDA IS A GODDESS AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, INFORMATIVE, HELPFUL AND TRUSTWORTHY. I'M AN ABSOLUTE CBD ROOKIE BUT THANKS TO HER HELP I AM CONFIDENT IN MY PURCHASE AND HEALTH PLAN. I've dealt with depression and anxiety for years, ten of which I've been taking meds to manage. I personally don't care about the side effects of my prescriptions, however, my doctor wants me to reduce/ completely stop taking my anxiety medication because there's research indicating it has a pretty high correlation with early onset of dementia. Problem there is that after ten years of taking increasing doses, my body is physically addicted and coming off klonopin 1) sucks but 2) can cause seizures... I'm not really that interested in dealing with that. Additionally, my dog has severe leash anxiety... I love him and he's the sweetest puppy you'll ever meet, but once he's on the leash, you'd never know it. He's also gotten to be stronger than me, so we both need something to change. Funny how dogs take after their owners, huh? OKAY so what's important here: I drive by Restart every day on my office commute and I've been telling myself that ~one~ day, I'm going to stop in and see what's up. Of course, the anxiety's played a pretty significant role in me waiting this long to actually go - it's okay, I'm laughing at myself with that part. Today was the day. I was thinking about how I'm low on my meds, I haven't slept in the last two days and how my dog's underarms were rubbed raw after we tried to go for a walk last night with his new, "no-pull" (which turned out to be an actual joke) harness. We both needed something. Considering I don't live under a rock, I've heard of and read about the benefits of CBD in the last few years since it started having its moment. That said, I'm also fully aware that the internet has a plethora of misinformation, so the only thing I walked into Restart knowing today was that I'm completely clueless and I have no idea what I'm looking for or what I was doing... and that I was wildly vulnerable to be absolutely taken advantage of when it comes to over-selling, over-pricing etc. That last part is just a fear of mine... since I've got next to no knowledge, I'm in basically the same position as when I'm in a car shop; anybody could tell me anything and I'd be gullible enough to fall for it. SUCH WAS NOT MY EXPERIENCE AT RESTART. I walked in and was warmly greeted right away. After gawking at all the inventory that's completely foreign to me, Shayda came out and offered her assistance like the goddess she is. What am I looking for? Oh, you know, just one product that'll fix both mine and my dog's anxiety. Do I know anything about strength or doses or what sort of product I'm needing? Of course not. Please guide me. Help! Shayda was an angel with her assistance. She showed me a number of options and had several ideas for product options. She also helped guide me when it comes to figuring out what dose is going to be most effective for both my dog and myself. Even though she had every right in the world to do so, she didn't roll her eyes at me once. She talked me through everything absolutely devoid of judgement - I very much appreciated her informative patience throughout the experience - and even sent me on my way with handwritten instructions for everything. I was nervous about what I was going to end up paying for everything (I once got a tiny tin of CBD salve at a farmer's market for a whopping $75,) and much to my pleasant surprise, everything in the store seemed to be priced completely reasonably. I checked out and headed right home. I followed her instructions for both my dog and myself in giving our brand new CBD oil a try. I got home roughly an hour and a half ago and my dog is very calm - he noticed other dogs when we were walking, but his reaction was noticeably muted - is this heaven? I also feel noticeably better and I don't feel like I'm going to be reliant on my anxiety medication in order to (hopefully) get some sleep tonight. Thank you, Shayda and team, for all your assistance with my initial dive into the CBD world. I'm so thankful for your kindness, your patience and willingness to help... I also am very appreciative that I wasn't oversold. I will absolutely be back and I'm super thankful to have you guys as my trusted resource. read more

I'd been introduced to a place in south Austin by someone, but am moving into this neighborhood soon, so wanted to scope out a CBD place by me. Checked google and this place had great reviews, and rightfully so! This place is owned by women, and I was helped by the lovely Sydney. They didn't have the gummies I'm used to, but she showed me what their selection was, and they ended up working beautifully! Will 100% make this my go-to spot for any of my purchases! read more

Friendly staff and great selection. Amelia was very sweet and helpful. We will be back. :)

The staff here are great but in particular Amelia is so good with customers. Everyone wears masks, is friendly, ready to educate about products, and help with purchases. This business has been a god send for helping me to find Delta 8 edibles to help my control my intense nightmares that have been plaguing me since I was 9. Amelia has also helped me to find the right strains of CBD flower to help control the arthritis in my left knee from a bad car accident. The ability to be pain free and have a good a good night's sleep has changed my life and it's all thanks to Restart! read more

Being new to the CBD world, I had a lot of questions. Emilia explained everything and got me on my way with a few new tricks up my sleeve. The rumors that CBD buds are a waste of money are far from true. My 2020 Covid induced stress and anxiety melted away and I got this really encouraging surge of creativity throughout the day. The Hawaiian Haze is super tasty too. I can def get used to this cbd thing. read more

The ladies who own and operate the dispensary are friendly, professional, and as importantly knowledgeable too. And I have tried a lot of various CBD / D8 retailers, who are either inadequate or worse "bad actors"; but Restart does carry quality and effective products instead. "See you ladies soon!". :) read more

Love these sisters...patiently explain anything you want to know and sell a quality product (I use the CBD oil specifically).

A great, locally- and family-owned store and brand. I know that the RESTART product is high-quality because the owners are passionate about the product and education on the benefits of CBD. I can't say enough about the quality and service. RESTART has helped me achieve better sleep and the product is incredibly pure - there is absolutely no taste (which cannot be said about several brands you can purchase in town). read more

I was helped by mom and one of the sisters just a few minutes ago! Mom gave me a lot of great info on the right CBD for sleeping. Great experience in store! Most places I've been to haven't been able to give me specific info on why one oil might work better than another but they definitely gave me solid info. I've learned a lot on my own over the last year of trying CBD on my own but definitely recommend them for a first time CBD user. This would have been a great place to go when I first started using CBD products. read more

Mika was super knowledgeable and helpful. I went in clueless and now feel educated and confident with my purchase. Gave me her full undivided attention from entry to purchase to exit. Will definitely be back! read more

I've only visited this store once, but it's already my favorite CBD place in Austin, TX. Everybody at the store was super friendly and made me feel at home. I've smoked one of their pre rolled joints, and it was really good. The strain i got was Hawaiian Haze, and it has a very sweet flavor. I definitely want to go back and try their other strains. read more

Recently moved to Austin from a recreational state and was not sure what to expect. Ordered during quarantine and my experience was perfect. No hassle social distance delivery, everyone I spoke to over the phone was lovely and had great recommendations. Just moved here so haven't been to the shop but based on my experience today I'm looking forward to becoming a regular! Love the vibe and cbd flower variety, with detailed information about the strains and point of origin ... and supporting a local sister owned and operated shop is pretty rad too! Thanks restart! read more

I love this CBD place! Sydney & Shayda are super nice & friendly. They made me feel very comfortable within a few minutes of having a conversation with them. Both sisters make it a priority to educate me in a very new market right off the back. They have an awesome flower selection, that I highly recommend. I even recommended checking out their website to my friends and family that are out of town. Number 1 CBD store I've EVER been to! read more

How am I supposed to smoke a pre-roll that is packed so dense so that no air can flow through? I have smoked many joints in my life, and I simply couldn't even get it to catch flame. I also believe that the cannabis was overly saturated, and the moisture was impeding me. read more

This place is amazing! I tried some CBD shop in south austin closer to me but didn't have near the amazing customer service like this place nor the high quality. The organically grown in Oregon products are amazing and these girls know what they're doing. I'm willing to make a further drive for this place 100% bc they're so nice and helpful. Come here people, you won't regret it. read more

The staff is wonderful, friendly and gave me great recommendations! I really appreciate that they are a family business and really put a lot of thought and care into the quality of their products! I felt very safe with their COVID safety protocols. read more

I belong to support group for an acute illness that effects each of us in numerous ways. 5 of the 12 people who came to our meeting last month for the discussion lead by the RESTART owners, were on CBD OILS. Those of us who were not, will be excitedly getting relief soon and buying their products: organic, CO2 processed. read more

I took my mom to Restart in hopes that CBD would help her manage some muscular aches & pains as well as difficulties with sleep. While I was there I also picked up a topical CBD product for my neighbor, whose arthritis has been flaring. Two weeks later, they are both raving about the results. They both report life-changing, restful sleep. I saw my neighbor this week and she looked physically changed; the most well-rested I have ever seen her! She reports immediate relief in her hands and wrists from the topical ointment. The owners (I believe I spoke with Shayda) are informative and patient. Overall a great experience for CBD beginners and pros. O read more

The best CBD shop in Austin. The store is clean and the employees friendly and very knowledgeable. I love the fact that the owners/staff take the time to educate people on CBD and what it can help with. It's the only shop here in town that I buy from - they spoiled me! read more

I've been using Restart for a year now. When I was new to marijuana and THC back then I had no clue what exactly to look for and trustworthy sites and businesses these ladies are AMAZING. They reply to any concerns or general custOmer education questions I'd message them VERY QUICKLY. I've never seemed to have any negative issues or even complaints about this place. The products are CONSISTENT and on point. I literally have NO complaints so far . From order experience, to fast shipping and awesome, CONSISTENT, reliable product. They even did a courtesy shipping pay for me when I was a couple bucks short for shipping made my day !! Xoxo to these people read more

I love this place! Everyone who works there is awesome. Even the owners and there family which is so awesome. So friendly, knowledgeable and always smiling. I love cannabis, but for obvious reasons,( legality) I had to find an alternative. I never thought I would though, until I was told about this place. I, like a lot of people, use cannabis/ cannabinoids in general for medical purposes. I never knew there were different types of CBD, or that you could even smoke the flower until I found Restart. I'm very susceptible to the typical sleepy CBD you find in most places. Blew my mind when I saw their Sativa CBD flower. You walk into restart and feel as if your in a dispensary in California. Whether it's vape or flower, oil, pre rolls, edibles, they have it all! The quality is amazing, and all Organic. They definitely take pride in their products and it shows. They have such a great variety of strains too. Restart CBD has really been a life changer for me. I'm so thankful these Ladies are here in Austin sharing their great works with us. A hidden Gem. Restart CBD + THC - Restart CBD - Vitamins & Supplements Near Me - Austin, Texas

I don't have anything I can compare it to, as its my first time using CBD but it may be helping. I haven't gotten all the relief I was looking for, so I can't give it a 5 star review yet. I may need a higher dosage, I'm still trying to figure it out. But I have received some relief for my anxiety, it doesn't keep me asleep though which is one of the reason's I tried it. I'll keep giving it a shot. The service was great, they were very kind and knowledgeable... It is pricey... read more

Until I found restart, I was frustrated looking for a decent CBD/D8 shop since moving to Austin. After going to sketchy vape shops and overpriced CBD stores, I had given up-- until discovering Restart. When I entered the store, Krishna immediately offered assistance and answered all of my questions. My visit was efficient, and the products are top quality. This is my new go-to for CBD/D8 in Austin! read more

The only CBD/Delta 8 store I shop at. always an excellent and comfortable experience.

I've visited ReStart CBD twice for CBD drops, topical roll-on oil, gummies, and even tried a Delta 8 brownie. I had tried CBD a couple of times before from other sellers with no noticeable effects, but apparently quality makes a huge difference because I can definitely tell that this CBD is helping reduce my joint pain and inflammation. I really know it when I don't use it for a few days. The Delta 8 brownie was delicious, but even half of one was too strong for me, and I don't think it's good for my system--I felt sort of a lump in my throat, almost like an allergic reaction, but that's just me. The staff there are knowledgeable and friendly--I was helped by Krishna and Fran--they were great! I will definitely buy more CBD products from ReStart! read more
