Every 5 years, it seems I have had to come back to Yelp for Exterminator/Termite recommendations…read more This time around, I went through several recommendations and landed on Bug Baron. Normally, I like to be present for inspections, but because it didn't work out this time, my wife was there. After several estimates, she settled on Bug Baron for their clear explanation of the treatment, professionalism, and willingness to get their hands dirty and be thorough in locating termite activity. I had The Termite Guy come out since they did the last service over 5 years ago, and they were not as thorough. Not to mention, they focused more on selling me on the company, yet were not willing to do anything that would give me the impression they had identified the issue, so I went with Bug Baron. Simon, my point of contact, is a pro. He was always responsive, willing to answer my questions, and patient in dealing with my schedule. Given that I had received so many estimates, he price matched what i had been quoted. Further adding to the value of them vs the other guys, his warranty was for 5 years, while the others were either 1 or 3 years, and if you wanted a 3-year, you had to pay a pretty penny. Overall, great company, great communication with Simon, great value for the scope of work, and very interested in addressing my issues without pushing to sell me on something I may not need. Highly recommend Simon and Bug Baron!

We recently had a sudden ant infestation in both the kitchen and the bathroom prolly due to the recent heat. (Re: the bathroom, they were apparently attracted to the scent of body wash.) James was available within just 24 hrs and came within the stated time window and discovered three trails and colonies in our backyard. He used a special treatment that the ants take back to their nest to kill the whole colony. Within 48 hrs they were completely gone. Victory! He also followed up the next day to check up on us. Great service. James is professional, knowledgeable, and quite the gentleman. Thank you for swiftly solving yet another of our home's pest problems!

From beginning to end they were professional, super helpful and were the first to call me . Juan the owner and another tech came to my home and conducted the free inspection, examining the inside and outside home for entry points . I like how he didn't try to upsell and gave me a very competitive price and encouraged me to call other companies for estimates . I decided on Crest because they gave me an awesome all inclusive price for the sanitation , removal, traps and infestation treatment both inside and outside the home. Juan is highly knowledgeable with his experience in this industry and was mindful to wear booties in the home and was kind enough to install my ac filter where I heard the mice . I was so impressed I signed up for their monthly preventive service!!! Call Crest First! You won't have to call anyone else for your bug and rodent needs!

Duane Bushner was actually our original contractor when this entire process started, and having him back out today for our recent inspection was great. As always, he did an incredibly thorough walkthrough and took the time to share knowledgeable insights on termites (and roaches) and exactly what to keep an eye out for. What really sets Gallant apart is their 4-year warranty. Knowing they actually stand behind their work for the long haul gives us total peace of mind--it proves their work is truly bug-proof. Highly recommend Duane and the Gallant team if you want honest, quality service.

Despite repeated treatments, I am still finding roaches in different areas of the house. The number may be lower, but the issue is not resolved, which is disappointing. The technicians have been professional and courteous, but the results have not met my expectations. I had hoped follow-up visits would fully resolve the problem. If you are considering Gallant Pest Control, they do stand behind their warranty, but in my case the treatments did not eliminate the roach problem.

Customer service with Will is never an issue. It's easy to schedule. If I need another service they can accommodate. We have had many sales people at our door. So far over 5 years with Procraft and I would not switch. Just added monthly service for the summer months. Good pricing in my opinion, matches every sales person and I rather stay loyal to them since they've been great all these years.

Always service with a smile. Not only are they on time, they usually arrive early for their service appointments. Not sure about you but it's definitely hard to find a combination like this in the service industry these days. I normally take care of bug sprays around the house myself but last year, we had a really crazy ant infestation that I couldn't figure out why or find the source until I desperately reached out to DM. They came out the same day and identified the source was coming from my neighbor's tree(s) (one out front and one in the back corner adjacent to our yard). Being that my neighbor are older, we just decided to take care of it for them for our own sanity. The same neighbor just told me the other day, "no wonder, I didn't have any ant problems this whole year" after I had told them we had hired DM to keep the ant problems at bay since last year. They were too embarrassed to say anything about it years prior. Anyway, DM's rate/service is of great value. It's a bi-monthly rate, but they also will come out in between if there are any flare-ups with bug issues.
