I have to get their signature foot massage at least once month. Ive never had a bad experience here no matter who I get booked with. The room is dimly lit, and they offer you a blanket and ear plugs. Once they are done they cover your eyes give you a warm neck pillow and chances are you may nod off as they get started on the foot massage ! Seriously it's just so relaxing - I highly recommend.

My last review of Spring Massage was over 9 years ago, and that's how long I've been coming here…read more It continues to amaze me that over the years, they've maintained the quality of their massages and listened to customer feedback to make improvements. I pretty much exclusively get foot massages because I have severe psoriasis and I'm really self conscious. The massage therapists here are extremely understanding of my health issues and my decreased mobility over the years. They always make it comfortable and welcoming for me and are mindful of my autoimmune flareups. Some days I can't move properly, have zero mobility in my hands, and they accommodate me and help me move a bit better. Some days I scratch myself silly and it looks like terrifying, but they still help me find peace by putting the lotion on my calves and loosen up the muscles. I always add CBD (additional $10) but it helps calm my skin down a lot and it's great for my rheumatoid arthritis flareups. The quality and care Spring Massage delivers is comparable to those of high end "spas" without the hefty price tag. The prices are more than reasonable, their massage therapists are incredibly skilled and are willing to listen to your needs. I overheard another customer who came here for a pregnancy massage, and she had a few special requests. The owners listened and made sure they understood her completely before setting her up with a massage therapist. If you're looking for relaxing self care session that won't break the bank and walk away feeling like you're ready to face reality again, I highly recommend coming here to check it out for yourself. It's not a luxurious spa with all the fancy amenities. It's a small treat that's affordable enough to work it into a proper consistent self care routine.

Second, the massage itself was not bad, I would say 6/10. They started off great on upper back, neck pressure but when laying down for feet, it was like opposite. So massage was OK. But overall the room is noisy, the staff is noisy, the front is busy with no flow of who is checking in or out. I mentioned this to the gal up front when paying, she said "how's everything?" I said the massage was okay but it's too noisy in the room. She says to me "what?" Because it was too noisy she couldn't hear me. Isn't that ironic.

I was then taken to room 1 to disrobe. Because it's winter in Atlanta, my coat and work bag too up most of the room on the hooks, but I was able to store my clothing in the bottom drawer of the dresser. Honestly, the massage was one of the best I've had in a long time. She applied the right amount of pressure and helped crack some bones that were causing tension throughout my body. The hot stone/warm towel combo was great! After getting dressed, I was taken to the detox room at the front of the salon. I was given a neck warmer and my feet were placed in a basin with a detox machine. See photos for a description of the detox and how the color communicates the toxins that are leaving various parts of the body. 10/10
