We called Twin Oaks multiple times, emailed, texted and after a week of trying to get a hold of them to come to diagnose and fix the issue (since it's less than a year and there should be some warranty to their work!). they never returned our calls/ messages (when we said this was a safety hazard) and we found another company to diagnose that the breakers were not installed properly and over time it was malfunctioning! But I did find out that they have far more options available online than what is displayed there. Prices, barring a sale, range from mid to high. I didn't find anything that called out to me that day, and I didn't have time to deal with online ordering, but I'll definitely check them out in advance for future projects. No appointment necessary, and they do have weekend hours.

Trying to keep a positive outlook, I walked into the store despite wanting to flee for my life. I kept thinking it would get better as I made my way through the store. Most businesses display their newest and best stuff at the entrance so that wasn't a good indicator but I was trying to keep a positive attitude. There were a few fixtures that might have been okay but mostly it was chrome chrome chrome. Just because an item has a 1k price tag doesn't mean it is good. I can say the store is clean because it would have to be with all that seizure inducing chrome. There is an elevated area in the back of the store with ceiling fans and garage sale style foldable tables upon which was junk for sale. I wish it wasn't junk but when you look at what appears to be stick on light strips, really what else can it be called? That was the entire store. Their "sale" from February was called their "Love Sale" which is pretty cringe-worthy. Positives: Store is clean Staff is friendly They have Saturday hours.

My NEW frig was OUT! Breaker had flipped again. This happened with the old one. Newer house, just 5…read moreyrs old. I had checked the outlet when the new frig came in, it was good. New frig installed 4 days later, breaker flipped again. I knew it was the breaker but I won't mess with that type of electrical issues. Sent a request through Yelp and was contacted by Russell Electric. He wasn't able to make it until Wednesday. After our conversation he decided to come out that same night. (I had just lost a lot of food with the old frig and was rather frustrated with it all) It was 9:45pm. It took him 45min to an hour. Fixed the issue in like 15 min and made sure all was well before he left. He knew what he was doing and he explained it as he did. He gave me some information about the breaker and put my mind to rest. Friendly, courteous and just all around great guy. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MAN! I appreciate the willingness to go the extra mile. He will be who I call if I ever need anything ever again. Thank you again! I slept well knowing this was not an issue anymore.

Purchased a dining room light and had our contractor install it. Did not inspect the box upon…read morepurchase. After the installation, we noticed that the shade was damaged and the fixture was a whole bubble off level. Upon closer inspection, the box had been damaged and repaired before it left the store. After some wrangling, the store agreed to return the product to supplier. Problem is who is going to remove the damaged light and reinstall the replacement light? Texas Bright said that it was not their responsibility for any removal nor re-installation of a replacement light. Texas Bright said that once the light leaves the store, it is the customer's responsibility. I have been a customer since 2007 and spent thousands of dollars. I will never set foot in their establishment again and I intend to inform our decorator. The staff exhibit an attitude and customer service is minimal at best.
