Convenient to Interstate 70 and gas stations. Internet was fast and nice TV. If you're traveling east to west on Interstate 70 you'll see the motel and think the rooms don't have any windows, which gave me pause, because you're seeing the backside. The rooms have a front and rear door which allows for airing out the room if you need fresh air.

For $14+ you get five tiny pieces, and they were tiny, very salty and definitely the frozen kind, not fresh at all (if IHOP says they're freshly made then they're fooling you). The portion size was disappointing, and when I mentioned it to the server, she brushed it off and said she couldn't do anything, which didn't help. I really thought as a part of customer service she might end up getting at least one bigger one so that I will have better experience with their food but she didn't care. Honestly, the frozen tenders you buy at the supermarket taste better and are way bigger than what they served. If I were you, I would stick to the omelettes next time. They have definitely reduced in size too, but for $16+ they still fill you up and satisfy your taste buds. I would stay away from the other fried dinner items like the fried fish or chicken fried steak. Service overall was okay not rude. I wish our server could have smiled a little more while taking our order or seating us but the food came out pretty fast. When I checked into room 106 the toilet seat was not attached to the hinges. I informed the front desk which the lady promptly came and tempted 20 minutes to fix yourself. She said I will call maintenance and have him come down and take care. With an a few minutes a young kid with a Walmart screwdriver socket set came in, so I'll get it fixed for you. Spent about 15 minutes in the bathroom said it's so much fixed. All they did was take down the hinges did not reattach to seat to the hinges Ended up going to my car getting a screwdriver and channel locks disassembling the seed from the toilet popping toilet seat back onto its hinges, taking the hinge by pushing the pin in and placing the toilet seat fixed back onto the toilet and Tightening t back down

Love Barbara behind the bar. So I had a couple gins, my Bride had a couple wines. We split an app and an entree. VERY GOOD. Lots of locates enjoy the bar and dining room. As a bonus, there was outdoor seating, outdoor bar and a firepit. This place has it all. Just come and experience it. WE SHALL RETURN!!! FYI: If you read a review and considers the food pricey.......move to the next review. It's all small-town pricing, love and quality.

An awesome hidden gem located right off I-70, making it a great stopover on travels to or through west central Kansas. The restaurant inside the place, Rosie's Bar and Grill, is equally fantastic with great food and even better service. Love it!

We arrived to learn the pool and hot tub were not working, and from the green color had not been usable for some time. Then the room had old cans on the floor. The king bed was fine, but the couch was completely broken, and you sunk to the floor if you tried to sit down. The pull out bed you can see in the photos was bent and useless. Not that anyone could sleep on a 2 millimeter mattress even if it had been working. Finally, the light could not be turned off. The ceiling light just flashed incessantly when the switch was in the off position. The employees just shrugged when we told them the problems. Best Westen Plus used to stand for a decent room, but this location is atrocious.
