There seemed to be a lot of people coming in and out during the night. Office has a door that has to buzz you in during day and night, like the security door on apartment buildings. So let's see, no lights at night makes it hard for law enforcement to see what's going on, security door on front office 24 hours a day, dirty rooms and people coming and going all night. And there's a truck stop just a short walk across the street which is really noisy.
