From approving the estimate to the materials showing up was only two weeks! The crew (Andy and Jack) showed up every day ready to work and did so tirelessly until the end of each day. They asked great questions to make sure nothing got damaged or misplaced, and the finished product was better that we had hoped! All scrap was removed and our yard was left in great condition. FIVE STARS IS NOT ENOUGH!!!…read more This is the first time I have ever had to work with a restoration company. I'll be honest in saying that I was worried because I was in HIGH NEED and these types of companies know this. I had the opportunity to work with Integrity Restoration because my sump pump failed in my FINISHED basement. George, from Integrity answered my call at 0700 in the morning. He gave me some pointers on the phone to help begin the water evacuation right away. He gave me a approximate arrival time and was here right as promised. Once we agreed on the coverage and cost, he and his crew of four got to work on vacuuming up the water, ripping out the carpet, and salvaging our personal items and furniture. They laid down floor protectors on the main level to protect our hardwood floors. They cut out the damaged portions of the walls and set up several industrial dehumidifiers and fans. Over the course of the next three days, George checked in with me to see how everything was progressing. The basement is bone dry. Once this part of the process was done, he then wrote up the estimate for what it would cost to rebuild everything that was damaged, This made making the insurance claim VERY easy. While I hope I never need the services of Integrity Restoration again, if I do they are the ONLY company I will call. George treated me as though i was his only customer, which from the ringer on his phone, I know I wasn't. Integrity Restoration is a TOP NOTCH company to do business with!

I have zero experience with this company. I left them a crappy review initially, mistaking them for…read moreUS Home Restorations Inc. out of Glendale Heights those guys suck! My bad. U.S. Home restoration was contracted to do some work on our home. The work at the time was subcontracted from them, to some guys who seemed really unprepared and unprofessional. They took weeks between tearing the siding off our house and putting the new sidding back on. They left nails and siding all over the yard which I had to clean up myself. They were also supposed to replace two skylights. Instead of replacing them, they took advantage of me being out of town, and my mother law being alone at the house to do half the job. Saying they don't do skylights, and replacing only the flashing and the dome over the skylight. Even though had accepted the job and the check. Since the work has been done I found nails everywhere including places I am not even sure how they got to, three different pieces of siding have just come off. Which never happened in the 20years the old siding was on. Worst of all the skylight that had a slight leak before has now apparently been leaking into the wall to the point that a small flood of water came pouring out a lower area and there is mold in the wall. When my wife called the company to try and rectify the situation, they told her that the sales guy we dealt with didn't work for them anymore, and hadn't handled the warrantee paperwork properly in the first place. There was nothing they would be willing to do for us. I tried to call back and reason with the representative I was speaking to. He was rude and would not even discuss the possibility of helping us rectify the mistakes made. It rather quickly devolved into an argument which ended with him hanging up on me. Nobody from this company ever did there job properly or fealt the need to make any apology for doing a crappy job. Then as thing have gone wrong with the crappy work they have basically told us it is not there problem. Stay as far away from these people as possible. You will regret it otherwise.

It's not often that I come across a company that truly exceeds my expectations--but this team certainly did. From the moment they arrived, I was genuinely impressed by their professionalism, knowledge, and commitment to helping me understand the situation. What stood out the most was how thoroughly they explained everything. They walked me through the restoration process step by step, outlined exactly what to expect, and even identified the likely source of the leak while explaining how the problem may have developed. They didn't just inspect the property--they took the time to educate me, answer my questions, and make sure I felt confident about the next steps. After determining…read moreit wasn't a window issue but a possible roof repair issue, I contacted Eenigenburg Exteriors in Cedar Lake. I had a very nice conversation with the lady on the phone, she sent out a man to check things out and give me an estimate. Turns out the fascia around my chimney needed work and part of the roofing needed to be replaced. So I committed to the contract and paid 50% deposit which was my first mistake. I was told that it would take 3 weeks for my job to be completed. We then had the horrific weather which wrecked havoc on Munster. The three weeks passed and I could not get any definite, concrete date as to when they would be out to my home. I called a couple of times and nobody answered the phone. I called both representatives that came out and neither could give me any answers. A leaking roof is rather urgent I'd say. What is really upsetting is their lack of communication skills, reaching out to their customer who already put money down and reassuring them they're not forgotten. When I did get through on the phone, we're waiting on a date and we'll get back to you. This charade went on for awhile until I had to demand some action, nobody likes a run around. I got their name from seeing them replacing my neighbors roof a few years back, that's how I happened to find them. I have front second floor gable that needs attention as I told one of their estimators about how it sometimes leaks in the corners inside with heavy rains from the west. That would have been another job for them. He told me what the cause was and indicated the approximate cost, then later abruptly tells me we're not taking any more of those kind of jobs at the moment. That was quite some time ago, do you think someone would give me a follow up call and say, do you still need your gable repaired, we're able to take care it now? NO! Totally written off and forgotten! My is roof is from 2011, do you think I'm going to call Eenigenburg? LMAO Finally, the first Saturday in October a crew of three (3) guys from O'Hare airport area, Guatemalan immigrants did the work. They did an amazing job as I am extremely happy with their roofing skills and work ethic. It was the getting to that point that aggravated the shit of me. Also, I'd like to mention all these The TIMES Best of the Region awards every year is simply a publicity stunt for the newspaper. You can call every day for like a 3 week period and vote each day for same company. I have medical provider that does the exact same thing, he gets his staff, patients, family and friends to vote for him daily and with that strategy, of course you'll win!
