I highly recommend Response Crew and will use them again in the future if needed! Response Crew was called to fix a leaking kitchen sink and a wobbly toilet. Part of the toilet ended up needing to be reinstalled since it was apparently installed incorrectly the first time. The repairs took less time than I expected and both of the repair men were really nice! I didn't get creepy vibes from them like I have with other companies. Kelly (the person I interacted with most) was the best and his excellent customer service is the main reason I decided to write this review. He patiently answered all the questions I asked (I'm that annoying person who wants to know the whole process and every detail along the way), thoroughly investigated the problems I described, ensured I was happy with the repairs once they were finished, had a very friendly and likable personality, and finished everything faster than expected. The other guy was great and friendly too, but I interacted with him less and cannot remember his name. read more

Good price, quick, timely, professional. Work: angle stop replacement

I had my roof replaced, but the roofing company wouldn't replace my rotting fascia! I called Response Crew and they sent out two awesome guys who were prompt, did quality work, and were just generally nice guys. Price seemed reasonable, I'd definitely call them again. read more

Based on the positive reviews, I was expecting a good experience with their services... unfortunately this didn't hold true. I was coordinating handyman work to be performed first, prior to other contract work starting on the house. I conveyed the dependencies from the beginning. I was quoted for two people to complete the work on a single day. The morning of, I receive a call telling me they're a man short (he called in sick). So they were only able to start on the work requiring one person, and would try to bring someone else in to help for at least an hour. A second person did come to the house, and helped out for a couple hours. But several hours later, the work was not completed... and the (1) handyman had to leave. This impacted my scheduled work with the other contractor (that was to begin two days later). They worked with me to schedule the same person to come back two days later (I was told that was the earliest) - which I reluctantly agreed to. Two days later (as I suspected), they tell me the guy isn't available because he's sick. They assured me it wasn't Covid. They told me the same guy wouldn't be available for another two days... and it also depended on if he was healthy enough to come back (I was told later he had allergies). Meanwhile, my other contractor was already scheduled to start. I ended up finding another handyman, and drywall expert... both of whom commented on the shoddy work Response Crew had done/started. All the drywall work was redone. read more

We just remodeled our kitchen and bathrooms and needed 5 faucets and a garbage disposal installed. They were easy to reach and make an appointment. The technician that came out was on time, gave me a 30 min. call when they were on their way. He throughly checked each faucet before leaving to make sure nothing was leaking and did a walk through with us before he left to make sure we were happy with his work. We have 11 properties in PHX. Response Crew will be a go to company for us in our future! read more

Whole process was simple. Repairman that came was very friendly. Fixed exactly what we needed to be fixed. Little pricier than some other quotes I got, but will use again for future repair needs. read more

Response Crew did an excellent job. They were professional and organized in setting up the appointment and completing the job I was given a window of time for service, and my Crew of Jeremy and Kelly called to confirm they were on the way. When the arrived the showed up in a mask, wiped their feet etc and were polite and respectful. I had several items to fix around the house including two door repairs, TV mounting, outside lights and outlet repair etc. They quickly assessed the problems for each issue and were able to quickly and accurately get everything fix. The repair job was spot on and the cleaned everything up when they were done. Jeremy and Kelly did a great job and were lovely to have in the house when they worked. Their boss even stopped by to check on the job. I will definitely use this service again. read more

After another company left the job suddenly and incomplete, Response Crew came in, gave an understandable quote, showed up early, was friendly and attentive, and did an excellent job of finishing the tasks. They were very professional, COVID-conscious and I would highly recommend the Response Crew. read more

We needed to have the light fixtures replaced on the ceiling under our back balcony. The old fixtures needed to be replaced with smaller ones that were ceiling fan rated. This included some wiring and replacement of 4' x 4' of drywall in two places. Jennefer the operations manager returned my call promptly, gave an estimate, and set up the job for 2 days later. It was nice to deal with a real professional company after two others did not return my calls, and one called in sick. Robert and Luis arrived on time and completed the job quickly. This included installing new braced boxes, drywall, tape and texture, primer, paint, and installing the two new fans. Then they cleaned everthing up. All for about $100 UNDER estimate. I will call them again for any future work. read more

Response Crew is not the cheapest option, but they are the most professional and efficient. There is definitely no milking the clock and so far their work has been to notch. Highly recommended. read more

Luis did a great job on our plumbing projects and getting our back door to close correctly. Also, really impressed with the communication from Response Crew. Text, phone, email, they always kept us up to date on the status of our project. They are now our go to for getting stuff done around the house! read more

Excellent on every level. I had such a smooth experience it seems almost effortless, except for the part where it takes great attention to detail, lots of communication, good record-keeping, and of course, quality work. Response Crew has the business end covered well, and the tech who came to my house; Angel, is the tech everyone wishes they could hire. He immediately saw what I wanted done, completed the work quickly and efficiently, and when he was done, it looked like it had always been that way. The new work blended seamlessly with the existing structure. He was great with communication, has humor and professionalism, and left the jobsite tidy. I will absolutely book any future work here. read more

Paul was great. He was very fast, very Knowledgeable, and even taught me some really useful tricks around the house. I will definitely be using them in the future. read more

Very happy with the service provided by Response Crew. I had new countertops put in and Response Crew installed a new kitchen faucet and reconnected my disposal and dishwasher. I reached out to several plumbers who would have installed the faucet but not touch the appliances. I was very pleased to find a service that would do all of it. I was scheduled for Tuesday, but when they had an earlier opening they called and offered it to me. Christian let me know all that was going on and even had to make a few modifications to get my work which he did very well. read more

Great job installing a new microwave. Super responsive and called back to get me in earlier than my scheduled appointment. The technician himself was great. Wore a mask the entire time in these covid times. I would definitely use these guys again! read more

I recently moved into a townhome and have been trying to DIY most of the projects however some things are just simply out of my league. Reluctantly I hired a handyman dreading how expensive it would be...Mario came to my house to install a doggie door and I asked him while he was there if they are able to change this light fixture that is extremely tall in my stairwell. Mario took one look at it and said he would do it right now if I wanted! I was THRILLED. I was even more thrilled when I got my bill. So reasonable for the many hours Mario was there. He switched out some light fixtures for me and installed a through wall doggie door. I will definitely be using response crew for additional handy tasks and will ask for Mario! read more

These guys did an incredible job. I had a crack in my foundation which was repaired by someone else. However it cracked the tile floor which needed to be removed and replaced. Well, always a good sign when they showed up on time. They went right to work. Removed the old tile, mud, and grout. Not an easy job at all, and did it without breaking any other tile as we were limited with the number of spare tile. They then took the time to epoxy the crack in the foundation floor, and replaced the tile and re grouted. When the were done, which was after normal work hours. The area was cleaned up and the floor looks great. I will call these guys again if I am in need of in the future. Russell K. read more

Had an old wooden fence in my front yard that was falling apart, and had a terrible time trying to find someone to replace it (apparently every single "fence company" in Arizona only deals with high-end walls and fences and won't stoop to the level of a peasant wooden two-rail fence). Anyway. Got in touch with Response Crew after reading the reviews, and was very impressed with how prompt they were in responses, and flexibility with scheduling. The job took two different trips due to needing more materials than expected, but both times they arrive promptly on time (down to exactly the minute) and started work immediately. They were friendly and explained everything they would do before doing it. Very happy with the final result, and especially with the whole process. It can be harrowing using a new company for work on your home, but they made the whole process a breeze. Definitely will use again. read more

On the front end Jennifer explained the service they provide, the training and qualifications required of their technicians, and their pricing structure. She answered my questions clearly and succinctly. The technician, Angel, arrived on time, with an apprentice, Brian. They were professional, cordial, and work-focused. We had a list of a variety of small projects, which I thought would take around four hours. They were done in less than two, and they handled two additional tasks. One of those was the motor in the exhaust fan in the master bathroom, which we were told was malfunctioning and must be replaced. Angel looked at it and quickly deduced it merely needed repair, not replacement. He saved us considerable money, which we truly appreciate. Having relocated to this area recently we struggled to find a competent, reliable handyman service. We are pleased to have found Response Crew, and plan to use them for some upcoming jobs. Superb service at reasonable rates. read more

We recently bought a remodeled house. We bought a washer and dryer. Yahoo!!! No dryer vent. Boo!! I checked on Yelp and Response Crew is perfectly named. They responded the same day and problem solved! The handyman Adam sent was really personable and got the job done. Now I can do some laundry. Would certainly call on them again! read more

I had an 815 appointment. He called at 815 to say he was going to be 10 minutes late due to a meeting. He had only two small tasks to complete which he got done in about 15 minutes. He informed me that he had a 930 appointment so he couldn't stay much longer or he was going to be late to his next appointment. Since he arrived late, shouldn't i have gotten extra time from him? I was told on the phone that the $175 included 2 hours labor. I was given a $20 discount, which I appreciated but I really needed him for more than 15 minutes read more

They had to come back twice to fix a problem the plumber created. Each time I called the owner he acted like it was my fault. Nice customer service!!! What a waste of my time and money. They charge by the hour. The owner said 3-4hours and the actual work was 7-8 hours. Charged for 7.5 hours. Do not hire a plumber by the hour. Hire by the job! This firm only charges by the hour. How convenient. I would never hire this company ever again and you shouldn't either. read more

When I needed my dry wall fixed, I reached out to multiple companies to get quotes. Response Crew was the first that got back to me. Scheduling with Jennifer was easy as breeze. They were busy but I was grateful that she was able to squeeze in the appointment for me without extra cost. They got the job done in a few days and charged me a very reasonable quote, in fact way cheaper than most companies. Thank you. Will recommend you to anyone I know for handy jobs. read more

This is the first time I have needed a 'Handyman' since moving to Scottsdale. I needed some rotted trim around my garage door replaced and called the Response Crew. They gave me an estimate before the work started and showed up right on time. The work was done in less time than estimated so the cost was reduced. The quality of the repair looks excellent to me. I will be using them again if the need arises. My son lives in the area and I had already recommended the Response Crew to him. Personally,I have no problem with their minimum charge of $189 which includes 2 hours of labor or their $89 hourly rate. The hourly rate is reasonable and scheduling in this type of business requires some sort of minimum charge just to be able to manage the technicians day... read more

Emailed for a quote with detailed information about what needed to be done. Jennifer the Office Manager wrote back with an hourly rate but also said "we can set this up for 8 hours." Confused because of the lengthy time I was quoted (3 faucet installs and towel racks shouldn't take 8 hours), I inquired about the estimated time that I would be billed. She repeated her original email saying "we can set this up for 8 hours." Not helpful. Would not recommend. read more

Great company from top to bottom. I worked with Jennifer on scheduling our appointment- I was a little emotional and she was understanding of my needs and went above and beyond to help me. Our technician Kelly was amazing. This is mine and my husband's first home together (my first home overall). We needed a washer and dryer hooked up which my husband attempted on his own at first; we lost the plastic cap in the drain thus our call to Response Crew. Kelly took the time to explain to me what the issue was and provided me multiple options which I was thankful for. We ended up having to cut into our drywall in order to get to the drain where the cap was. Kelly professionally put the drywall back once finished, hooked up our washer and dryer and went on his way. Quick and efficient. Definitely would call this team again if we need anything else. read more
