During the course of the work they did cleaning our gutters, the crew pulled out a water spigot from the side of our house. I noticed this and called it to the attention of the crew, annoyed that they appeared not to have noticed this themselves or to have let us know (we were at home). At the conclusion of the job, they volunteered to take $100 off the price of the job, without any request from me at all! Then the owner of the company sent me an email and asked to talk about it. She couldn't have been more gracious or professional. She apologized for the problem and promised that if there were any other expenses involved in fixing the problem (it appears that it's working just fine now), she would cover them. I have hired lots of people to do home maintenance work over 30+ years of home ownership, but I haven't ever had an experience where a problem was handled this pro-actively and responsibly! If this is indicative of the way they treat customers, I would hire them again in a heartbeat! read more

Saul and his crew found other rotted boards on my roof and rotted roof tails that were not in the quote, but they fixed those with no additional charges. They replaced broken tiles on my roof with no extra charge as well. The crew that came to my house are all very polite and friendly. We needed new gutters to replace fascia boards that had rotted around the side of our house and wanted to do it before rainy season started. We found Resolution Gutters on Yelp, and the 5 star rating caught our eye. We had them come out for an estimate, and they were so professional and reasonable that we booked them on the spot. The only downside is they were so popular we had to wait a month for the work to get done. But trust me, they are worth it! They came back today as scheduled, went over all of the work to be done in detail before starting, and did an absolutely fantastic job.
