Resolution Gutters replaced several downspouts in my house. Their price was the best and their availability was good. They came on time, as promised, and did the job. Also, they would respond promptly to my phone calls and I find that very important in contractors. Overall -- very happy with the work and would hire them again, if need be. read more

On time. Excellent service. Very courteous. Cleaned my deck after gutter work. Will use them again!!

Resolution Gutter provides a great service. I had multiple questions about gutter cleaning, gutter guards, and repairs. I originally contacted them interested in potentially getting some gutter guards and an estimate, they answered all of my questions and didn't pressure at all on what I should consider, only provided useful information! I ended up not going with the guards, but engaged them for a gutter cleaning and downspout repair. The guys did a fantastic job, were very professional and thorough. They sealed the gutters for leaks, repaired the downspout, and ensured the gutters were clear. They took all debris with them and cleaned the roof and debris that fell in the yard as part of the cleaning. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again! read more

We had a portion of a gutter that needed to be replaced. They came out and looked at it and also checked the rest of the house. There was one other joint that needed to be sealed. They communicated the issues and the work that they were recommending very clearly. The estimate was sent via text for approval that same night. It was very reasonable. When we confirmed we wanted the work done, they booked us the next day. We are really happy with them and would recommend them. They arrived on time and worked efficiently. read more

I normally don't write reviews. But I am really impressed with Juan's crew. I replaced one third of my gutters and had them clean the rest of the gutters and downspout for me. It is a relative small job for them. Normally when people clean gutter, they just pick the leave from it and be done with it. After picking all the leaves, Juan used a blower to blow the whole roof and gutters. There were small green plants growing on a lot of tiles in an area of my roof for a long time because that area has too moisture. It was not their job to clean this for me. But Juan went out of his way to scrub them off using his shoes without me even asking. Then he used water hose to rinse all the gutters to make sure he find all the leakings and all the down spout are not blocked. Because of the cleanup, a lot of dirty stuff from my roof and gutter dropped around my house. Then Juan blew/rinsed the ground around my house. Very thorough and very good attitude. And Juan fixed one extra leaking for free. I have dealt with many different contractors before. Juan's team left me with the best impression and most pleasant feeling. read more

We took our time getting bids and evaluating them for price, experience, quality of work and responsiveness. After doing due diligence to six bids, we selected Resolution Gutter. We especially liked that they would be on-site managing their crew on the job, unlike several others who only showed up at the beginning and end of the job. Resolution gutter has a full crew, which includes a roof-crew and a gutter-crew. The roof crew inspected our entire roof, not just the edges where they attached the gutter. They informed us of several broken tiles (we have a clay tile roof) and replaced all them at a fair price. They also found a 2-foot section of the roof's edge with rotted wood and replaced it at not cost once we supplied the replacement lumber. Bottom line: they are a friendly, flexible, thorough, competent and well managed company. I have no reservations about recommended them. read more
