Loud sounds outside...peeked and there was some weird bonfire outdoors. Construction for the pool. Gym was still open but super small. If I could I would give this place zero stars. This place is absolutely disgusting. Room we stayed in reeked of dog pee. I understand it is dog friendly hotel but it was not taken care of at all. I came in with 2 dogs myself but couldn't stand the smell. The carpet was soaked in dog urine. Room in general was ran down and would NEVER expect that from Marriott property. I am disgusted. Got 2 bedroom suite. Bathroom floor had hair on it--then toilet stopped working. Had a 2nd bathroom to use-that the sink leaked onto carpet. 2 out of 3 TVs worked. Elevator hadn't been vacuumed out for quite a while. Carpet in it was obviously dirty. 2 stars for great check in woman and AC worked. Will not be back. read more

Hotel was horrible! Smelled, elevator sounded like a death trap, spa was out of order, and the bed was like a rock. Tried to get out of it but since we used Expedia they told us to bad. Expedia said it was up to the hotel. Never stay here, it ruined my trip and I am going to be going to the chiropractor for weeks to recover. Marriot should shut this place down. read more

Nice hotel, great location but I feel it is poorly managed. When we first checked in, the room had an empty soda bottle on the couch, spiders crawling up the curtains. So we switched rooms and the next day we noticed a drywall screw protruding out of the wall about a half inch from behind the bedroom door. We didn't say anything and just continued our stay however found multiple spiders in the room over the next few days. The hotel had many great things to offer but also had some negatives. Great place for an extended stay or as in my situation, two nights. It is located in a cul de sac, that has you thinking you are Marriott Land. It is a cluster of three major Marriott hotels; Residence Inn, Springhill Suites and Courtyard. A special feature that I liked was the sidewalk that wrapped around all the properties making it easy to get a good morning walk in before starting your day of vacation. My suite was spacious. I had more then enough room for one. The room/suite had two televisions, one in the sitting room and another in the bedroom. Made for great viewing of the morning news. I was able to wander from room to room without missing a headline or weather report. The staff was courteous and friendly and got a chuckle as I wrapped my cousins car in crime tape. For those who enjoy a hearty breakfast, they offer a large variety in their buffet. Making it a great way to start your day enjoying the most important meal of the day. read more

It's not the worst, but I won't be staying here again- it's a bit run-down and not as clean as it should be. We stayed in two different rooms a few days apart, and neither bathtub drained completely, leaving a pool of water in the middle. What is the deal with that?? Elevators are too far to be conveniant for some rooms, but maybe that's just me. They're also slow even when not busy. Carpet just feels decades old. Our first room had something beeping as soon as we came in and it took me forever to figure out that the dishwasher wanted to be locked...right. I did find a beer top behind the microwave when I unplugged that (thought it was making the noise). I get how that can be missed but it still gave me a bad impression. It's quiet, staff seems competent and nice; I guess they really just need some renovations desperately. Maybe the housekeeping needs a boost too! I should also mention the phone in our first room didn't work so I had to use my phone to research (no pad of paper or book with hotel info anywhere!) the number and call them! That room was missing an iron. It came in a timely manner but either I didn't hear a knock or she didn't bother as it was just sitting outside my door...is there not a check list for housekeeping so someone notices when an iron goes missing? What if they had tried to charge me for it? And what does that mean about the extra cleaning for covid? We bought our own cleaning spray and did the job, but I still wasn't as comforable as I should have been, as with many prior hotels. I know Covid has caused problems, but this hotel has so much that predates this. read more

Brenda Mottram. There couldn't be a better representative of the Residence Inn organization. First of all, I didn't stay here. But a friend impacted by the fires in Louisville and Superior is, with his wife and two grown sons. So, when another friend who was impacted by the fires in Superior appeared to need a safe, warm & clean place to stay (she's been without heat and telecommunications capability), I made a reservation for her and talked with Brenda. Brenda was incredibly responsive to all my concerns/needs regarding my friend's stay at the Residence Inn. She made everything so very easy. And, when I cancelled the reservation because another friend was able to get my Superior friend's furnace working again, Brenda again made things easy. The next time I need to book a reservation for a family member or friend, I will think of Residence Inn Boulder Longmont first. read more

I booked here after learning of a death in the family. The front desk clerk was compassionate and kind. My stay was so accommodating and the front desk greeted me and went above and beyond every time I walked in. The housekeeping was not as great as the staff and management but it did not stop me from booking my entire family at the hotel when they arrived. Patrick addressed the housekeeping issue and was very pleasant. I wish I remembered all the front desk staff names because the customer service was superb. I would definitely recommend anyone to book here and it's plenty restaurants and shopping near. read more

We were in a bit of a pickle when our kitchen flooded from a leaking refridgerator. The Residence Inn took us in and handled our accomadations with such professionalism and kindness. When we checked in, our newborn was 8 weeks old. We had to extend multiple times and even forgot once (as you can imagine with working full time and having a newborn) and they always helped us out when we needed it. Everyone on staff at the front desk, the kitchen, maintenance, and cleaning were so kind and welcoming to us. We were going through quite an ordeal (for two months) with trying to get our house fixed, raising a colicky baby, and still trying to function as human beings, and they made coming home each day so much easier. We have two cats (one diabetic) as well and as you can imagine, and we couldn't leave them in a pet hotel because of their medical issues. This place takes pets as well and it made our lives so much easier knowing they were safe and able to be taken care of there. They made sure we were able to stay even when our insurance kept extending us (with very little notice), and were always courteous and helpful. I will always recommend this place and its staff!!! This hotel is really a great choice if staying a while. We recently made a trip to Colorado and needed to stay about a week and this place was perfect for our needs. We got a two bedroom suite that had a common area and of course, two bedrooms with their own bathrooms and a workstation in each room. Free WiFi! The beds were super comfy and the fact that the hotel is by a major road, didn't bother us at all! The hotel did a great job of ensuring a super quiet stay. The kitchen is great AND if you want, the hotel will do some grocery shopping for you and stock your fridge! Awesome. There is also a BBQ grill on one of their patios, so you can grill during your stay! The complimentary breakfast was probably one of the best I've had at during a hotel stay. Cereals, bagels, muffins, yogurt, waffles, fresh made eggs, potatoes, breakfast sandwiches...etc! I woke up every morning to eat breakfast. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and were always available when we needed them. Not to mention fresh coffee always available in the lobby and in the afternoon - cookies!!! It's right on the edge of Boulder and Longmont. There are lots of restaurants and little shopping places and a movie theater very close. Sooo....I'm going all 5 stars on this mother! I can't think of ANYTHING wrong with the place...so, when you're in need of an extended stay in Longmont, trust me on this one. read more

This is a must book hotel if you happen to be in Longmont. Every morning there is fresh breakfast served. Saturday Morning - eggs, sausage patty, potatoes, and french toast. Sunday Morning - eggs, sausage patty, biscuits and gravy. Every morning they have "make your own waffle machine" - AWESOME!!! plus all the toppings you can think of : powdered sugar, cinnamon, fruits (blueberries, strawberries), whipped cream, chocolate chip, and nuts. If you happen to get a suite, which includes a kitchen, you can have them get the groceries for you. - forms will be inside on dining table. If you happen to need to book a hotel for a business trip, this is the go to. hot warm breakfast before work They also have a basketball court, hot tub, and indoor pool. We had 4 people staying here for a wedding. They supposedly blocked off rooms but lucky for the other wedding guests they booked elsewhere. This is a long term hotel and isn't really for a short term stay. A lot of construction people were here with dogs barking all night. It was advertised as 2 beds but they wanted to charge us 240 per night for 2 beds so we took the pullout bed. Found a weed pill when we pulled it out and there were oil stains all over the couch. The pullout bed was so uncomfortable there was a bar mark across my hiney when I got up. The day manager was constantly outside smoking so you'd have to wait for her to come in smelling like a bar. Awful service, terrible room...stay elsewhere! read more

Bedroom was so small husband had to do the sideways crab walk to get to his side of the bed. It took 4 requests to get extra hangers. Employee smoking on patio where it was clearly marked as a no smoking hotel. Other than that, conveniently located. Nice outdoor patio (when nobody was smoking), gym was small but nobody was there when I went so it was fine for me. The couch in the living room has a nice long lounge section. There's a desk in the room but when u open the door it slams into the chair. read more

Absolutely the WORST hotel customer service experience we've had in a really long time, and my husband uses Marriott on a weekly basis. We were repeatedly lied to about multiple things, and my family and I were cramped in a tiny 1 room hotel room with my children sleeping on the couch. One of the smallest rooms I have ever seen . My husband is a Platinum Elite member of Marriott Hotels and we were treated like dirt. He will no longer be using Marriott again, EVER. They just lost a lot of money. read more

The night before my stay, this hotel decided to cancel my reservation without calling me. They sent me an email saying they had an unforeseen maintenance issue and that they kindly made me a reservation at the Best Western. What a joke! And I'm a Elite Gold Member. I called Marriott and they weren't able to get a hold of anyone at the hotel to find out what was going on. I think my reservation was cancelled b/c I had a great rate that was booked in advance and everything in the Boulder area was either sold out or a fortune for the night I was supposed to be staying. We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights at the beginning of August and we enjoyed it very much. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the property well maintained. The morning breakfasts were pretty much what you would expect and we had no complaints. We would definitely stay here again if we go back to Longmont. read more

Our stay was for a week. This check in process was easy since I was able to check in through the Marriott app. Once we got in the room the room presented itself as clean. I checked the bed for bed bugs and there weren't any so that was a good sign. Let me go over every room. when you first walk in the room you have a good size desk to use as a work space, a L shaped couch, a decent size TV, coffee table, a small 2 seat kitchen table to eat on and a small open kitchen. The desk and table were clean along with the coffee table. The couch was very stiff but it did turn into a full size sleeper and that was good but the mattress was horrible I had to put more blankets to not feel the springs. The kitchen was equipped with the necessary items to cook with but they were all dirty. They looked like they haven't been washed in the dishwasher at all. I had to put all the pots/pans, plates, cups, and utensils in the dishwasher to make sure it was clean. The pot had burnt spots that I was not able to get off so I didn't use them. The microwave worked good and did not smell. The fridge was clean and worked well too. Moving on to the bedroom and bath. The bedroom was a bit small but it was ok. The bed was comfy but not the best. I had to ask for more pillows since they seemed to all be feather down pillows and everyone knows when you put your head on a feather pillow you sink right in (no support). The sink area had a good size of space to out my additional items on and the closet was ok too. I was not to fond of the hangers since they were plastic and not very sturdy (strength). Moving on to the shower. The bathroom was clean and I did like that the bathroom had a fan when you turned the light on. The toilet flushed good but the shower was another story. The shower curtain was not very clean and the liner was to long. The shower head was good but did not have a good drain while showering. When you take a shower the water did not drain fast so you would be standing in the dirty water. Like I mentioned we stayed for a week and we only had housekeeping clean our room mid week which it wasn't even a good cleaning. when they made the bed the sheet and comforter looked as it was just thrown on there (nothing like when we first walked in). The person did not vacuum the floors because I left a few crumbs randomly on the floor on purpose to see if it would be there when I returned and it was. The paper towel was down to the last few sheets and they didn't leave an additional one or change it out and that goes for the toilet paper roll too. I had to request for more. On the days when they had the snacks to eat with mingling was not that great along with the breakfast items. Breakfast was not good at all. The waffles batter was not very good and the sausages looked like they weren't cooked. The only thing that was good was the oatmeal. The cookies they had at the end of the day were good. The pool was a good size pool and there were plenty of towels available. There is an ice maker that worked and was able to available to us at any time. I did not use the laundry facility. The last thing I will say is that the walls are very thin here. You can hear everything your neighbor is talking about. I don't know how the hotel can fix this but it is not good when you can hear what is going on in the halls as well as what is going on above you (people walking). All in all I would stay here if I had too but not by first choice as a hotel. It is centrally located in a good area with lots of food places, shopping and grocery stores. read more

I stayed in a one bedroom suite for two weeks and can honestly say that it was the most comfortable stay I've ever had while traveling on business. The hotel was clean and modern with a comfortable bed and furnishings. It was like renting a new one bedroom, fully furnished apartment. If, like me, you tire of eating in restaurants, the room has a fully functional kitchen complete with a full size refrigerator / freezer, stove top, microwave, sink and dishwasher so snacks and meals can easily be enjoyed in the comfort of your room. When in the mood for restaurant dining there are ample choices within walking distance and many more within a mile of the hotel. The hotel provides a free breakfast buffet that was very good. Complimentary Coffee and Tea are also provided in the lobby. I'm a big coffee drinker and I've walked down to the lobby at all hours and found the coffee to be hot and fresh no matter what time of day. I've saved the best part for last; "The Staff"...Everyone I met was courteous, friendly and professional in every way. They are always at the ready to help you by answering questions or giving advice. They really seem to enjoy working in the service industry and I believe that's the way it should be. This is minutes away from high tech companies like Seagate and IBM. This is literally a 5 minute jog away from our Colorado office up Dry Creek. Typically, I leave San Jose but arrive in Longmont area quite late. This location is convenient because there are restaurants nearby that are open--late (like the Outback). I don't know why my colleagues would stay with the other hotel across the street, but this place is like a small house. It has all the amenities (wifi, free breakfast, office center) of a normal business hotel plus a kitchen. This is a huge plus for me. Location is great for work or for outdoor enthusiasts. I've brought my work stuff here in the past plus my ski equipment, for after work in the weekend skiing. If you can not ski, there's a small work out area by the front entrance. It is about $100 by taxi from the Denver airport, but rent a car, you'll need it around Longmont. The location is super convenient. read more

This place is wonderful, really home away from home. We went Thanksgiving week to visit family and to see a Broncos game. We decided this time around not to stay with family and stay at a hotel. We had recently stayed at an RI in Anaheim so we decided to give this place a try. We are so glad we did, we really needed a place to go after long days of visiting family. The room was really nice, full kitchen, nice sitting area and a large screen tv. The full breakfast was decent, the waffle bar is good and loved having hot oatmeal every morning. The minus 1 star is for the woman working there, super rude and super unhappy to work there. Anyways this hotel also has an indoor pool and hot tub which is nice and a small workout room with some machines, tvs and weights. The location is pretty too, wonderful view of the rocky mountains. There are a number of food places near by too, Texas Roadhouse and Outback. I am a big fan of RI, small things count and they take care of you for sure. Can't beat free wifi and the paul mitchell toiletries. read more

The quality of this hotel has deteriorated over the years. For the inflated rates being charged, it wasn't worth it. I was sold a two bed suite and what I got was very disappointing. I was not told I would get the disabled suite, and it had full size beds as opposed to queen beds. The AC wasn't cooling properly and the room smelled of diarrhea. I could not sleep a wink. When I complained to management, they were more annoyed at me than trying to address the problem. I tried to get a full rebate but all I could manage was $100 on my bill of $264 for an 9 hour overnight stay. Management implied I was pulling a fast one on them. Overrated, over priced and over hyped hotel. Waste of your money. They get continuous business because of the tourism and businesses around so they could not care less. read more

I checked in early, but much later than I was supposed to (long story and loooong trip) and Brenda at the front desk was so helpful. She was super accommodating. It was a longer stay than I expected as well and all of the staff there were so helpful and friendly. Leslie and Bill, the managers, were very informative about the local area which helped me accomplish what I came for. All of the staff was super, including Steve, who popped in one day to help me get the temperature set just right. I love this place and recommend it to anyone coming to Longmont! read more

Yes it is a Residence Inn and it delivers everything you want from an Inn, but this one has a wonderfully spirited staff. full of attention and caring.
