The place is adorable and very, very charming! Not only is it adorable, it's very well kept and very clean! The staff was so friendly and professional. Our room was amazing and the bed was super comfy! It felt like we were staying at a friend's house rather than a hotel - but I suppose that's one of the charms about staying at a B&B! In the middle of the night, the hot water heater went out and the staff was quick to get it fixed and they discounted people's stays, which I thought was super rad of them. The breakfast was so good! It was definitely one of the healthiest breakfasts I've ever had, and not only was it healthy, it was tasty! We had veggies, eggs, fresh baked cranberry bread, fruit, and yogurt! They also had all kinds of teas to choose from. If I end up in Boulder again, I'm definitely going to book another stay! It was seriously lovely.

It feels like you're eating at a friend's house. We had some delicious fresh gluten-free muffins. Pancakes looked fluffy and delicious, too bad I couldn't have them because they weren't gluten-free. Instead, they made me some scrambled eggs with veggies and GF toast. It felt very special and made with love. Free parking on property, and you're about a 20 minute walk from Pearl Street shopping. I would stay here again, no question.

Drive to Ft Collins is approx 30 mins and a gorgeous drive around Horsetooth Reservoir. Great location for trips to Estes or Rocky Mtn Nat'l Park as well. Wonderful history and Stephanie is a jewel. House is large, but broken down into several private rooms. Very nice bathrooms and Family Room and Kitchen is perfect---very roomy. Everything is there to make your stay feel just like Home!! Grounds are beautiful and nice decks for relaxation as well. Had baby goats there in mid May which Stephanie's kids (great youngsters in 4H) came over to feed,etc. PERFECT place for a large family or group of friends needing separate private rooms. If we were planning a wedding---this place would be top of the list for out of town visitors who would appreciate a taste of real Colorado. They do set-ups for wedding down in the valley---a couple of rock throws from back deck----would be a memorable setting. Stephanie was "above and beyond" during our stay. Our room had a fireplace, which would be perfect for a cozy winter visit (it was a bit too warm to use during our stay!). I especially loved the clawfoot tub -- super relaxing -- and the bath caddy was such a nice touch for reading in the tub. Breakfast was delicious, but definitely make your breakfast reservations early since the time slots fill up fast. The only small hiccup was that I booked through a third party (Chase), so they didn't have my direct contact info to let me know the room combo, but the staff was great and eventually got in touch. All in all, a lovely and charming place to stay -- I'd love to come back in Winter to take full advantage of that fireplace!

This $300 stay was in a room that can be seen at a $120 La Quinta Inn. I travel for a living and am in roughly 30+ hotels a year. I was thankful though that the bed and pillows were comfortable enough to sleep well in. The towels are rough and cheap or old maybe? The bathroom counter needed repair. Just overall not good. Upon first arrival to the inn we walked in to be greeted by one in tact and one half eaten small muffin on the food bar which I guess was the snack offering as it was on a little service dish not an individuals plate. Super uninviting. The parking was great though and appreciated. We did enjoy the Great Room a little while during our stay which was cozy. When we got back from our dinner on Friday evening just before 9pm we wanted a cup of hot tea for bed and there was no longer any hot water on the beverage bar. What a disappointment. I will also say the tea choices were worse than that at a Hampton Inn. Very basic and not even close to even what a mid level hotel offers. The breakfast was nice. Quiche looked amazing but by the time we came down to eat at 9:45 which I understand is 15 minutes before it ended - the warmer was off and the quiche was cold. We did grab a muffin which tasted like it was from Safeway or Costco but it helped as we were hungry. Instead we had to eat a light bite across the street at the cafe. Another disappointment. Overall what could and should have been a really special experience felt like a run down room with a mediocre breakfast experience. I came with my adult daughter to celebrate her 26th birthday and I have to be honest and say that I felt terrible that I chose this inn. We made the best of it and really enjoyed our time together just the same because after all that is what mattered most.
