The PTs and staff are all professional and extremely friendly. I feel very comfortable here. I'm even comforted when the PTs strongly encourage me to do my exercises regularly when I haven't done my part. I'm so grateful that I came across Total Vitality Group. From the very first phone call, Reyna made me feel comfortable. She answered every question I had, explained everything thoroughly, and gave me all the information I needed to make the best decision for my recovery. Not only was it affordable, but I knew I was going to be well taken care of. Before I even walked through the doors, I already knew this was the place I wanted to trust with my care. What truly amazed me was that Reyna came in on her day off while the office was closed just to provide my treatment. That level of dedication and compassion is something you don't come across often. It speaks volumes about the kind of person she is. From the moment I arrived barely able to move because of my surgery to the moment I left feeling cared for and supported, she went above and beyond. I completed five hyperbaric therapy sessions with her, and every single visit she took the time to educate me, answer my questions, and make sure I was as comfortable as possible. 10 yrs later and PBPT are still complete rockstars!…read more Today I had Brett Niko and some other assistants and athlete trainers helping. Woke up and back went out. Haven't had an issue in YEARS. I've been here for neck back wrist knee shoulder and ankle issues some of which are degenerative, some from sports over time, and some from a car accident, doesn't matter they do it all! Can't say enough about them, but here's my normal Yelp list: 1. Service - crazy friendly! Super educated on PT and all body parts, injury types etc. I have great confidence that when I walk thru that door I will be treated as both a human and with kindness and by a professional that actually listens and cares and wants to help and see a difference. Knee - They have helped to rehab a old injury of a completely torn ACL and partially removed meniscus cartilage that has degenerated over time and caused back ankle and leg stability issues. Back/neck - degenerative discs issue all along the vertebrae, torn ligament in lower back, neck all addressed and resolved. Ankle - sprained my ankle badly years ago and I was walking and healthy I'm no time. Wrist - hurt wrist via bad sprain when I fell and hurt ankle, again they helped a ton as it took a while to heal due to the bad sprain. Shoulder - could have been carpel tunnel or the car accident when someone rear ended me, but I could not raise my arm above my head and that was solved in no time. Anytime I have had recurrences it has been because I gained weight, got stressed, didn't stretch, didn't do my exercises, reinsured something or pushed my body too hard. I've never had to come back because they didn't do a good job. Ever! And I've had a TON of work done here. 2. Location - very cute location with greenery and windows to bring brightness and give you peace as you're healing your pain! Feels like Hawaii which is the vibe of the biz since PB is Hawaiian. Love her and her entire team for this along among many other things! It's tucked away behind the fitness center, old movie theatre and some industrial building so can be tricky to find at first. 3. Parking is free and in a building attached to the building that PBPT is in. If you're lucky you can park on the first floor near the door so that you don't have to walk too far. I'm the afternoons it is crowded but early am and late evening not so much. 4. Costs and healthcare - worth every penny whether out of pocket or copay with insurance. They will teach you the exercises to do on your own and if you do it you'll be fine in no time and whatever you pay is beyond worth it! I don't go anywhere else! And I've lived in 4 cities nationally and traveled globally since coming here! Just say yes. Can't recommend then enough.

MRIs, specialists, arm numbness, back pain, ankle and heel pain, and thumb pain. I started seeing Dr. Kim a few weeks ago, and we've been doing shockwave therapy on my ankle, heel, and thumb. The improvement has honestly been amazing. The biggest win has been my thumb. After just two sessions, I could finally feel my grip coming back after struggling with simple things like opening jars and even doors since last October. My arm numbness and back have also improved, and every visit I leave feeling a little better than the last. Dr. Kim takes the time to explain what's going on, answers all of my questions, and genuinely cares about getting his patients better. He'll also tell you he doesn't like small talk... don't believe him. Somehow every appointment ends up with a great conversation. I'd been dealing with this massive stress ball lump in my neck for almost a year and nothing was working. I tried foam rolling and stretching constantly at home but it just wouldn't budge. When I went in, Dr. Kim really took the time to talk through my pain and actually listen to what was going on. He does these specific stretches during the adjustment that made a huge difference, and he definitely went above and beyond what I expected for a first appointment. My partner even noticed that the lump was finally gone after my visit and told me my walking and posture look way better. I'm complaining about pain so much less now and just feel more aligned. Even a few weeks later, my back and neck are still feeling great. I'm definitely looking forward to adding these visits to my regimen whenever I'm in pain again and need an adjustment.
