I called Signs Done Fast and talked to Michelle who was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was quick to respond to any changes that I needed done, and was so calm and friendly. Being late on a Friday afternoon I was frantically concerned about making it to their office before close of business, but Michelle continued to stay calm and even offered to meet me halfway later in the evening to deliver sign. I ultimately was able to pick up my sign on Saturday, but talk about going above and beyond her duties! Such a delightfully refreshing customer service experience, and my sign was, indeed, 'Done Fast'. Many thanks to Michelle...

Long ago you could catch a pedicab and go a few blocks for just a few dollars. I believe now that…read moresince some of these Pedicabs have been taken over by companies, the cost has skyrocketed. We literally went from the Embassy Suites by the Bay just a couple blocks away to Broadway Pier to catch a dinner cruise. The cost was $30 per person, costing us $60 for a 6 minute bike ride. More so, these bicycle drivers used to truly earn their pay with the energy they expended, nowadays they use e-bikes, requiring much less physical activity. I will say though, the driver was very friendly and easy to talk to. If we were not in a time crunch to get on on a boat, I would have checked with other private owned pedicabs or a taxi.

Honestly one of the worst experiences ever. We took a ride…read morethat lasted maybe 2 minutes, and this guy seriously tried to charge us $200. No warning, no price upfront - just made up a crazy number at the end. Total scam vibes. When we said no, he completely lost it. Started yelling, getting aggressive, and even threatening to call the police to force us to pay. Like what?? Over a 2-minute ride?? Super rude, super sketchy, and honestly embarrassing for the company. If this is how your drivers act, you've got a serious problem. We're definitely reporting this to the city because people like this shouldn't be working events or dealing with customers at all. Stay away unless you want to get hustled and yelled at.

We took a really short ride from downtown to…read morethe harbor late at night and got charged $260, and the price was never clearly explained or agreed on before, which felt super misleading. But what made it way worse is that after the ride the driver literally followed us, was yelling and called us "garbage", it was really uncomfortable and honestly felt unsafe. After that we checked reviews and saw other people had similar situations, which is honestly concerning. At this point I really wouldn't recommend anyone to use or deal with this company, just avoid it and choose something safer because this was not a good experience at all.
